I haven't held stock for sometime but the shares remain on my watch list.When looking at Indivior,i'm always reminded of Uriah Heep in David Copperfield who advises that while he's got a lot of work to do, 'like sharks and parasites ..lawyers are not easily satisfied'.Every time you think its safe to go back in the water and buy Indivior,up pops some new litigation triggered by fee hungry advocates.Its a perennial problem.

Bit in this case they are saving overall as it wasn't their failure as such. Now they don't need to make another payment to the company involved. 100m saving.
