Well Goldman Sachs have been accumulating. Also recent director purchases. They may well know something. They may also be involved in financing any potential deal. The court case is priced into the current share price, so if it settles before, this will rocket. In my experience of trials, around 90% never actually make it to trial. Minds get very focused on the run up and most cases tend to settle weeks before trial. People will have inside knowledge of the legal process, so any increase in purchases may indicate resolution.

Trial starts 20th May unless settlement reached before. Settlement may well be in the pipeline bearing in mind recent activity.

INDV Mkt Cap £400-500m

INDV agreed to pay C4XD $294m in milestones/royalties etc if INDV2000 makes it to market

So IF INDV survives DoJ attack it will make sense for them to buy C4XD at any price less than $294m ! That's almost a built in potential 5x 10x bagger

INDV who have $1bn cash on their Balance Sheet !!!

INDV who only paid $10m upfront cash to C4XD to licence this Orexin-1 antagonist !!!

This is HUGE news to me

Demonstrate US Govt interest and intention to push this programme

SP has broken through the resistance. Surely nothing holding this back to get to 100p now? This has been rising daily, it has to be a leak. Either way, enjoying the ride back up to 200p from here. Even the Market Makers are not giving me a good quote. Thanks for all the information!

I'm not sure there's enough volume to suggest the case has been dismissed.More likely to be a settlement that's not too onerous.
