Current profit guidance midpoint is 175m but to end of q3 profit was already 213m. Q3 profit was 48m so even at half this level would be 237m (q4 last year was 24m too).

That’s a potential 35% increase coming in an announcement next week. Any thoughts from anyone as I’m thinking of a short term increase here before this comes out?

on the litigation side it did look like INDV lawyers had DoJ on the back foot in recent filings

I think just elongation of process allows more time for cash to build up so is good in and of itself

There may be expectation of legal update.

I think bidding up a stock prior to an update is foolhardy.

More likely is technical traders buying on break out of 200 day MA ?
