IndigoVision Group plc announces that it has been notified that on 24 April 2019 Max Thowless-Reeves, Chairman, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of GBP1.50 per Ordinary Share.

Following the transaction, Max Thowless-Reeves' total shareholding in the capital of the Company is 137,383 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.83 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company.
