Alternative or Complementary Gout Remedies

•Avoiding alcohol. Avoiding rapid weight loss while seeking an appropriate weight/height ratio. Excess body weight and crash dieting both can result in increased uric acid levels in the blood. Reduce any extra weight slowly and healthfully.
•Exercising regularly.
•Drinking black cherry juice. Black cherry juice, available at health food stores, may prevent attacks and shorten acute attacks according to claims from others with gout. Black cherry extract is also available in tablet form. This is not the same as cherry drinks containing low percentages of cherry juice or artificial cherry flavor.

The first episode of gout usually occurs between the ages of 40 and 50 in men and after menopause in women. Gout is a form of rheumatic disease caused by uric acid deposits in the joints. It can affect any joint -- the fingers, wrist, elbow, knee, ankle, or foot. The most commonly affected joint is the big toe.

I too have succumbed to teh national gout epidemic, with a goodly dose in me right foot. I don't take teh daily preventatives, but one or two Indometacin usually sorts it, I find.

The only Government who did not think the BBC was bias,was the last Labour one.It openly used the Corporation as its Proganda Machine.Even now when Big Ed sneezes-it is taken as the Holy Grail. When Programmes such as "Question Time" have an Audience that is made up of BBC Employees and Left-wing Students-you will never get an unbias Debate.Just look at the way Melanie Phillips was booed,when She suggested cutting "Overseas Aid".Nick Griffin was not given a proper chance to Debate,and yet some of the things he has said ,has come true!

#9472 The precision with which he shoots anything that moves (without killing any of the MIAs) from the Huey is also a tad stylised I suspect Mikey. Not to mention the amount of rockets and other ammo it appears to be carrying.

Also when the Mi-24 first appears and drops a depth charge/mine I noted there were at least 3 separate charges going off.
