I've just invented a new 'holidayproof' ring - hollow, buoyant & dayglo, with an in-built GPS transmitter.

I can see this taking orf big-style with AIM 'investors'.

#9445 BOL! Very wise. And at £7.49 the titanium duplicate won't be too much of an additional cost.

Alternatively, like me, you could just avoid wearing the bu99er when going to the beach and swimming in cold water.

Pinkey - on teh basis of teh above, I think I am going to get a Platinum ring for general use and a Titanium ring for holidays.

Instead the Trust will need to pursue other ways of saving the £2.7m per annum the idea would have generated.

Aye, complusory redundancies.

Has any bu99er other than me managed to not lose their wedding ring? Maybe titanium isn't such a bad idea after all, Mikey.

#9436 Still, on teh brighter side. Who would want to wear a snot covered wedding ring?

My ring has been on/under teh Atlantic seabed since teh week after I got it.

Nice early spring day spent on a beach, ring a snug fit. Ten minute dip in teh freezing sea, towelling mesen dry when that sudden realisation hit me.
