12/10/2022 17:11 | Good to see some decent volume today. Hopefully the 500k end of day lots will be taken out soon. | empirestate
11/10/2022 08:02 | Agree, from the outside it seems to have been fairly straight forward to realise the cost savings, looks like previous Mgt didn't try too hardNow if they announce cash collection in Asia is back on track we will start to move up | eringael
11/10/2022 07:29 | Another positive update from the new management team this time on the cost rationalisation programme. Nice to see too within the update that they are ahead of target on the cost saving plans previously communicated. Got to say, hats off to Donald the new CEO. Him and his new team certainly appear to be taking decisive action and leaving no stone unturned in the turnaround plan for Ince. I do think liquidity in shares is possibly tight at the moment. If so, then good news (particularly when sustained) could see some relatively quick positive upward movement in the share price. | brucethegoldfish
10/10/2022 13:24 | Good to see some buy side action here today. The annual report in November should give a better feel on the work on the receivables collection. Eringael, typical in Asia is the use of an easy excuse to delay payment. The key to share price improvement at annual report time should be better current cash position based on improved collections, the refocused strategy to drive business and value of future cost savings. Should be simple right. | empirestate
07/10/2022 17:54 | With a business of near 100m turnover a modicum of focus in the right places should warrant a higher priceI am still at a loss as to why covid is impacting revenue collection in Asia - I assume they are not knocking doors to physically collect cash? | eringael
07/10/2022 16:39 | Closing bid price looks interesting. I think the new leadership has a grip of things here and will want to give a decent update in November. | empirestate
07/10/2022 12:44 | ES - not the 1st time, hence why I thought there was someone hoovering up in the background. I guess if the corporate investor is doing that going forwards then as it is notifiable now given size of holding we will find out for sure. | brucethegoldfish
07/10/2022 12:12 | Just a note dealer was asking a premium over the current screen offer for lots of more than 50k which is a decent indicator | empirestate
07/10/2022 12:10 | Picked up a few here today. The new management look as though they are having and will have a positive impact on the business. | empirestate
07/10/2022 10:31 | Follow the money, 5 bagger coming here. | bigboots
07/10/2022 09:59 | Hmm, just looking at the RNS again today. The corporate investor has subscribed to another 19m shares on top of 3.4m shares subscribed on 1st September. Total 22.4m shares, yet their total holding is disclosed at 26.18m shares. I have been wondering recently if an institution/corporat Would be interesting to know if the 3.82m share difference in the above was due to a previous holding or trading since 1st September. | brucethegoldfish
07/10/2022 07:37 | Indeed seems the new CEO is focusing on everything the previous didn't, get rid of scattergun acquisitions, focus on the core business, focus on profit and focus on cash Collection- plenty of scope for a positive run - but what do I know - I didn't sell at the top nor buy at the bottom | eringael
07/10/2022 07:30 | Been steady and continuous news flow over recent weeks as the new CEO and management team refocus the business. Interesting announcement this morning with institutional investor subscribing for 19m new shares at the previous (higher) placing price of 5p. They now hold close to 10% of enlarged share capital. | brucethegoldfish
12/9/2022 18:39 | What can the new person do that the previous person couldn't do?... | diku
12/9/2022 15:19 | At least they recognise cost control and debt collection are important as they focus on the new person's strengths in these areas | eringael
12/9/2022 14:47 | The word used removed instead of step down... | diku
12/9/2022 13:17 | Biles' fat bonus seemed to crater the share price .... other blunders and bad luck followed. | greg the grinch
12/9/2022 11:52 | Lets see, the wording for the removal is "as a result of circumstances which may give rise to a conflict of interest" "A person with knowledge of the situation said that the circumstances related to Adrian Biles’ next move and was not linked to his time at Ince." | w t tutte
12/9/2022 11:23 | I think this will be the catalyst for the turnaround. | greg the grinch
12/9/2022 11:11 | Biles has now been removed from the Corporate Web Site... | rosejs2
12/9/2022 09:28 | Interesting that Biles remains as a Director on the Corporate Web Site.. Simon Oakes, Chief Financial Officer should be next for the Removal Van.... | rosejs2
12/9/2022 09:02 | Will it get messy?... | diku
12/9/2022 09:00 | Today's RNS is very interesting .... Adrian Biles was removed from the board and did not resign as previously indicated. There maybe trouble ahead ! | w t tutte
07/9/2022 04:42 | That late in the day RNS, was not pretty. Audit is delayed again, blaming China COVID issues, I don't buy it for a second. They have also posted notice for the AGM, the resolutions to me do not look like a company that has got a grip on its cashflow issues. It starts to look like they will need to raise again and probably quite soon, does not feel like this was one and done. Directors call allot shares up to 50% of current capital and they want to disallow preemption rights. | w t tutte
06/9/2022 13:44 | I have a suspicion there might even be a bit more to it than that. The open offer not being announced alongside the CR was always a bit odd in my book. The cynic in me thinks they realised they needed a bit more cash to get to the other side of the cash crunch so went with an open offer, when no one participated they had to go back knocking on doors to place the excess rights. | w t tutte |
