Interesting are we about to break upwards. 0.2 seems to have been resistance for a while now.

I think the keyword here is prospects, its actually looking like it might have some, this alone will drive the share price for a while even with no figures.

Confidence is returning, slowly but surely. Market makers are willing to take on stock without knocking the price down - which is a good sign.

Yep, again on very small volume, encouraging it hasn't dropped back after those early sells and that last 375k sell.

Despite the balance of negatives and positives, this is looking more like a pressure cooker everyday, I would think new 6 month highs are likely, even with no figures, the business is clearly operating, I would think its only a matter of time before something snaps and it breaks well into the .2's again.

Good quality properties are now changing hands at above 7% yields. I'm not certain that they will be able to "turn" some of their properties as quickly as they would hope.

But the cost was £1.075m giving a yield of 6.51%
Thats OK

£70k rent £1.2m valn = 5.8% yield

for a secondary inv property in this climate seems hardly credible

Good point!
Probably why they not in a rush to start selling the property on, if they are achieving decent rental, no point in selling the property now for lets say 10% less than they may get in 12 months time.

I was just thinking that Marcus maybe more shrewd than I gave him credit for, people are concerned that investing in property given the current prospects of the market is not a good idea, however when the sales property market stalls or drops, the rental market gets stronger, building the rental income right now, and selling the properties later (when the sales market is strong again), looks like it might be a winning strategy.

with all the changes in todays sp, it is interesting to note that the offer has not changed from 0.21p the MM's are not wanting to let anyone have the chance of getting too low. The bid on the over hand has been 0.16, 0.17, 0.18, 0.19...
