The directors already have shown their support Cassidy put £100k of his own cash in here last year at .25p .
The price is moving up on very small buys so the mms may have a big buyer .

edit

If you can still buy 2m at 0.2p the mms might also be trying to drum up a bit of business.

remember guys that there used to be a massive overhang in the past and so even buying millions didnt shift the price. then selling even 50k moved the price down.

I guess its a positive sign though. Time will tell.
I bought just over half a million, and it didn't budge either.

If we all buy a few hundred quids worth now the share price may double!!

Dorset, selftrade will let you have 2m at 0.20p. Fill your boots!
Eggbird, I'm surprised too, there's no logic here, my 1m+ Buy not so long ago didn't have any effect at all.

Edit: amended 20p to 0.20p, cheers CatsWhiskas.

thats the bit I find interesting ascwe know about the property side of the busi9ness but not, to date, anything regarding the 'two property management compaqnies'. Interesting times to be had one thinks.

Im very surprised that these tiny buys are moving it up! Very surprised, but pleased!!

re: directors, buying, maybe they are not allowed at present. Remember they are close to securing the acquisition of 2 property management companies.

From The Interims in Jan:

Prospects
The Group is making a series of acquisitions relating to a portfolio of North
West residential properties that the Group is pulling together from a variety
of sources. The overall value of this is in excess of £8m with the
consideration being under £6.2m.

A number of other trading property acquisitions are also close to being agreed
as are the acquisitions of two property management companies.

RCT, I also did a 'dummy' trade and it would not let me have anything over £500!!!

As you say if/when buyers return then the share price will surely only move in one direction, and thats North.

20th on the % Gainers List on £220 buy. Imagine what "some serious buying" could achieve. A couple of dummy trades on selftrade shows full Bid and Offer too.

It would help if the directors demonstrated their confidence

Agree with you Egg. as in the nadlan days it did some crazy movements at times. Lets see some buyers then .....

Hmm, looks like that small 288k buy was all that was needed to push the share price up a bit!!

This will be unstoppable on some serious buying IMHO

well sell then. why do you feel the need to tell us that you are "tempted to sell at a loss" ?? is it some form of therapy ?

sell your 'teensy-weensy lot' and stop being such a bore.

By the way I am 100% sure you wont sell !!

(ps if by some miracle, you do sell let us know before you do the trade - to prove it was your trade)

Well - I still have my teensy-weensy lot of InHouse shares left over from Nadlan days. From all I've seen about the outlook for the property market, with reports of developers starting to cancel projects, I can't see any hope for these shares. I'm tempted to sell at a loss.
