From a charting perspective I would say a move to around the .25 level will happen pretty soon. This will establish a firm new uptrend, there may then be a small retrace to perhaps 0.22 - 0.23ish before resuming forwards.

All IMHO of course, DYOR etc.

from the low point on the bid (some weeks ago) to the current bid .. the share has rise nearly 40%..... so few peeps hopping off is to be expected.

Well I think the fact the share price is not falling on these sells indicates there are buyers in the background, a very positive sign (IMHO).

Big sells coming through ,could be people who have been trapped over the last year selling into strength .

cyber,

"Choice" is when the bid and offer are the same. When the bid is higher than the offer it is a "backwardation".

Looks like this could be one of my stocks to "Rise Like A Phoenix From The Ashes"
Looks set to return to the relist price imho pretty quickly.

Looks like this will rise until the results. Might be a very happy new year.. or at least not a miserable one ;)

Surely this will go to 1p+ now, speculators will start to arrive, and a 1p share price is only a market cap of £6.2m... not a lot really...

In House Message to the Nation!

Posted by: In House Group PLC - 09/12/07 @ 6:09PM

In House Group PLC has now moved into the second phase of our development. We have achieved all of our previous goals of revitalising the team, ridding ourselves of properties that were draining our cashflow from previous management, setting up new companies to venture into property management and property development.

We have weathered the storm of having to Relist even having to raise money ourselves to satisfy to financial requirement for the way forward. 2007 has been a very difficult but eventful year for In House . Hopefully now we will finally bury the ghost of the old Nadlan PLC and lay the legacy to rest.

As we move closer to 2008 In House Group PLC will continue to expand and capitalise on our extensive property expertise by building up the pipeline of property portfolios and selling them to either the investment market or domestic market after an initial refurbishment programme.

Our management company In House Estates Ltd plans to expand by acquiring a number of established profitable management companies initially around the Northwest. We then plan to bring them in under our roof and under the control of our unique ‘Remote Management Programme’ that allows an efficient management system to be implemented into these new acquisitions lowering overheads and maximising profits.

Under the directorship of Timothy Griffiths, our development arm In House Developments Ltd will look to secure land and build modest residential and commercial sites accommodating ideally upto 70 units in areas where our research has shown to be the most effectively sellable stock. These areas will be close to schools and local amenities to increase swift sales and hopefully attract enough attention to sell off plan in many cases.

In House Group PLC would like to thank all our supporters, shareholders, advisors, lawyers, accountants, PR and lenders for all your help and support over 2007. We would like assure you of our commitment to delivering the results you expect from us. May we take this opportunity before we break from Christmas to wish each and every one of you a great festive season and a happy and prosperous New Year
