21/3/2007 22:03 | I do not know if there has been any developments on ICI since the UK market closed, but, I just noticed on my spreadbetting account that ICI is quoted at 10 -12p higher than the UK close. It will either open higher because of strong US demand after our market closed or something good is going to be announced. Whatever, I hope it will not be a damp squib. | whatwoman | |

'We have in the past looked seriously at bids and we have the duty to look at any news bids as they come in, but we are sticking to our IPO plans,' Akzo Nobel CEO Hans Wijers said this morning during a press conference on the fourth-quarter earnings.
