My charts show resistence likely at 1498p, so if the share price breaks through 1498, we could see another run up, similar to the one at the end of November. |

Impax Asset Management published FY21 results last week and they were stellar. Assets under management increased 84.4% to £37.2 billion. This included record net inflows of £10.7 billion. Revenue increased 63.5% to £143.1 million, Profit before tax grew by 173.7% to £45.7 million, Adjusted diluted earnings per share grew to 33.9 pence (2020: 14.5 pence). Stellar across the board. Unsurprisingly share price continues to rocket higher. Valuation is therefore the main drawback with this share, forward PE ratio is around 31, bottom decile for the sector. But with performance this strong EPS growth will do the work, with risks of downward rerating looking low. And the share price has momentum. BUY.....from WealthOracleAM |

Excellent results today. share price continues to be thwarted by stubborn resistance at 1400. All moving averages now showing uptrend, so I'm continuing to hold. |
Fantastic results. My best ever share having bought at an average price of less than 50p. Only area of the business that needs moving forward is the private assets segment. Given their reputation, they could do with acquiring a specialised team to get this part of the business into the £billions as well. Otherwise, what a fantastic performance by Ian Simms and the team. |

Both last 2 comments are correct - another strong showing in August, and ED analyst pointing out that £38bn is already well past Sept y/e forecast......with another month to go.
IPX usually release more detail in October , so new note out from ED says their numbers will be reviewed then. And that Impax will 'almost certainly exceed our existing year-end forecasts of revenue (£134m), adjusted operating profit (£45m), and net cash (£54m) by some margin'

ED are forecasting a £34.5 AUM figure for Sep y/e so unless there is a fall in the markets this will have to be upgraded. Might end up 10% higher at this rate. |
AUM end July £35,708M Jun £34,447M. Another great month - over +3.5% increase.
Then I read in the header that (in 2006?) AUM at £500M and share price 22p
So 70X increase in AUM - 70X share price would be 1540p
Anyway this a great company and a fantastic long term hold. GLAH |
