Thanks for the insight, Robsy2. Exciting stuff and good to hear they intend moving into new areas such as forestry. Intrigued by the potential new dividend policy too...

I caught up with Impax at the mello event. Ian Simm confirmed that 'the pipeline is looking very strong' at Impax. They are picking up big mandates on a global basis nowadays as "specialists in the transition to a more sustainable global economy".

They are pretty much the worlds leading green asset manager with 20 years specalisation. the operation is very scaleable and he doesn't see any inmediate capacity restraints.
They are moving into new sectors as the sustainable enconomy gets traction so they can find investments not just in waste and water but alos property , new energy, sustainable food and forestry.
PAX is going ok-ish and is integrating well though they have suffered small net outflows.
No further acquisitions planned. They have excess capital on the B/S so will be announcing a new div policy with , I imagine, higher payouts and /or special divs.

This is a good story going forward and remains a great way to get exposure to some important themes.

You're right Topvest I'm doing them an injustice. Held here for about 2 years and it has been a great stock.

I wouldn't say "slow and steady". Growth has been accelerating at Impax for the last 2/3 years. Long may it continue. As I've said, their niche is a sweet spot at the moment, and they are one of the frontrunners.

Ha ha Topvest...it's not the kind of stock you need to keep an eye on. Slow and steady solid growth.

Yes, that looks a good new mandate. Well spotted. Impax are certainly in a very sweet spot with their proposition. The hard work of the last 20 years is paying off!

Interesting yo yo moves in the share price, does the 'New Green Deal' mean anything for this or are we all destined to choke on Trump's fumes? Lol.

It’s certainly come a long way. It is astonishing to think that the 560m Aum increase is ten times the total aum they managed when i first bought stock.
