22/2/2018 14:36 | A reminder of Lupuzor's excellent Phase 2b results: Phase 2b at 3 months = + 67.6% Phase 2b at 6 months = + 84.2% Phase 3 at 9 - 12 months = + 100% ?? Follow-up study = + 100% ?? For me its not now about whether lupuzor works but just how big the improvement will be at 9 and 12 months, and in the follow-up. Does that give me confidence in the Phase 3? Yes it does! N.B. Resetting the Autoreactive Immune System with a Therapeutic Peptide in Lupus Prof. Sylvian Muller Lupus (2015) 24, pg 412–418 "The phase IIb trial showed that after three months of therapy (three subcutaneous injections of 200 ug peptide/patient in addition to standard of care), Lupuzor improved Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Disease Activity Index score of lupus patients under active treatment by 67.6% versus 41.5% in the placebo group (p<0.025). After three additional months of follow-up, the improvement rate was 84.2% versus 45.8% (p<0.025). The side effect profile was unproblematic and the drug was well tolerated as evidenced by a very low drop-out rate." www.lupuzor.com/Docu | professor bang bang

22/2/2018 14:29 | Volume seems to have dried up - was considerably above the norm before 12 noon. Perhaps the end of the short covering? Still a great day so far bearing in mind the overall market. | growthinvestor2001
22/2/2018 14:09 | The company have always been suspiciously confident of announcing topline results in time. I suspect that they will not therefore be pushing up against end of March deadline. Either way..... An absolute maximum of 26 trading left. But actually literally any day now. Tick tock, tick tock..... | qazwsxedc69
22/2/2018 13:47 | The fact is in the UK, we are negative thinkers and always fear the worse, many miss opportunities, if this stock was listed in the US the share price would be considerably higher at this stage, it’s just the way US investors are! Onwards & upwards Anyone that gives me a thumbs down will meet a nasty end, probably eaten up by Nessie and spat out for general fish feed. | ny boy
22/2/2018 13:35 | Yeah top tips it could easily all it takes steady climb to £5 in March then it's only a 600% rise on results day then. I think we will all look back in couple of years and say how conservative we all were it really doesn't take many patients to justify a £30 price tag. 25,000 patients would do it in reality we could be looking at 10-20 times that many. | spmc
22/2/2018 13:33 | GI, AIUI, the previous note wasn't from Turner Pope. It was an analyst note though. I tend to agree with you on the price target repetition, in the same way as those constantly saying it's a "binary bet" - flipping coins is a binary bet as it is a series of unrelated events - IMM Phase III is far from that. H | herschel k
22/2/2018 13:21 | IMM shares could be £30+ on results day if good because the logical assumption would then be a takeover at £50 to £100, and we know from the figures there is even substantial upside beyond £100. | top tips
22/2/2018 13:03 | TP 700p target is before results, there target after positive results is 2800p increasing to 5500p if efficacy is above 80% | spmc
22/2/2018 12:48 | Herschel. There was a note from >TURNER POPE< 3 months ago talking about a target higher than 700p? If so I would be interested to read that too. I am of course refering to onjohn claiming, via his 'mate', the RECENT TP note had a 700p price target on it. Which it does not. onjohn then goes on to try and reenforce his previous ramp by refering to 700p as if it was a fact. Its classic BB b0ll0cks and so is onjohn. This board really is 70% rubbish - no wonder hardly anyone bothers to join. Getting harder and harder to sift through to the more interesting posts as we get nearer and nearer to results. Luckily the share price will move where it will irrespective of constant cut and paste posts saying the same facts over and over again as well as the totally laughable price targets and other chilish rubbish. What I don't understand is why some of these people feel the need to do it and spend so much time doing it. Seriously - you'd have to have something a bit wrong with you to bother doing this stuff day in day out.... | growthinvestor2001
22/2/2018 12:37 | The numbers could be anything big if top line results come through, just let’s wait and see, I just want to know the phase 3 results are top line, then you can just tuck your holding away for a rainy day and the share price will take care of itself, with multiple increases until IMM gets taken out. (UEN) breaking out now, investors have twigged the share price is too low | ny boy
22/2/2018 12:18 | growthinvestor2001 22 Feb '18 - 11:59 - 15196 of 15201 GI, you are aware of the previous note that came out suggesting a higher price than 700p on Phase III success, yes? Go back about 3 months and have a look. H | herschel k
22/2/2018 12:06 | Surely best mention not on here too John Your post If you are wondering when the next market "wobble" will happen, it could be Monday the 5th of March, the day after the Italian General Election, when right wing and eurosceptic (5 Star) parties get the majority of votes. The markets don't like uncertainty and anything that threatens the EU applecart will not be appreciated. If the markets take fright the share price could drop along with the wider market, even though we know it has no relevance to IMM. Could fall then etc. | superg1
22/2/2018 12:04 | Despite potentially only 1%-2% bio availability. (Oral peptide) “We are very encouraged by the results of the PIONEER 1 trial, which confirm the unprecedented oral efficacy of semaglutide that was reported in the Phase II clinical trial in type 2 diabetes,” said Mads Krogsgaard Thomsen, executive vice president and chief science officer of Novo Nordisk. “We look forward to providing data from the remaining nine PIONEER trials throughout this year and an expected regulatory submission in 2019.” | waterloo01
22/2/2018 12:03 | 15k and 11k just bought Very nice | onjohn
22/2/2018 12:02 | growthinvestor2001 - 20 Feb 2018 - 15:34:17 - 14785 of 15201 The poster came out of nowhere, mentioned "his mate said Turner Pipe came out with a brokerage note YESTERDAY saying 700p price target". :) | onjohn
22/2/2018 11:59 | uh oh - onjohn is back - he who started all this rubbish about 700p and turner PIPE. Hows your mate onjohn? Already been proven that there is no price target. Pillock. | growthinvestor2001
22/2/2018 11:54 | I'm sorry to disagree with a few posters, however, one of the advantages of Brexit is that we will not be so susceptible to political unrest within the Eurozone, if anything, turmoil in Italy and Germany could have a positive effect on UK markets and exchange rates. Just my Humble opinion though. | tosh 123
22/2/2018 11:52 | office6 22 Feb '18 - 09:43 - 15156 of 15191 This looks very interesting. 500,000 Lupuzor patients @ $25,000 pa = $12.5 billion pa revenues. = £475 share price And it could be up to 2 million patients. No wonder people are getting excited. | top tips
22/2/2018 11:51 | The 700p target mentioned is highly exhilirating | onjohn

22/2/2018 11:45 | Guys (UEN), looks chart positive for a breakout to 160p 30% trade if it plays out, looks like it’s just started this morning. dyor as usual but worth spreading risk whilst these are simmering away before results. | ny boy
22/2/2018 11:38 | Bittorrent Unlikely,as this is kind of a binary bet, so not going to change much if the market pulls back again. It’s all about the results, look for limited clues if any from the investor evening next Monday, then the count down to results | ny boy
22/2/2018 11:35 | Growth if you email TPI and register your details I am sure they may send you a private copy by email but strictly not for 3 Rd parties, it’s for their private Clients, it’s quite comprehensive over 10 pages but no price target, which is not that important. I saw a copy at a friend’s house yesterday. | ny boy
