They say they have made a preclinical breakthrough but can't describe it for reasons of commercial confidentiality. It may never have application in humans.Anybody buying based on this limited amount of non-information is gambling. The track record of this company is poor when it comes treatment of investors.AVOID. |
Sadly he is right. I met him in person once. That was enough. |

From the LSE board This is from our respected 'dallo'. See dallo's post pls."For those newbies who don't understand the Lanstead Agreement the base share price is 2.6p so when the share price is below 2.6p Lanstead pays a monthly payment based on the % below the 2.6p denominator and base monthly payment of £44,000.However if the share price is above the denominator share price of 2.6p the payments increase exponentially.Example at the current share price of 5.5p the monthly payments rise to £90,000 .At say 8p the monthly payments rise to c £130,000 per month. If the share price goes to say 13p the monthly payments go toC £240,000 until the end of August 2025.The share price has to stay above 4p for 5 consecutive business days for the 2p warrants to be exercisable. So even if Lanstead and Alora exercise at 2p and the share price is say 8p Lanstead will do well but will be payingImmupharma 8 months × £130,000 = c1.04m plus the the payment for the warrants of £1,4m totalling £2.44m.Funding issue sorted" |
I seem to remember Tim mugging off investors a 2/3 years ago.... Tim seems to think there is a fresh tranche of gullible investors ripe for rogering. |

"Only the brave holding this following the NFX placing."
That's very polite of you. Kind of Sir Humphrey-esque!
"That's a very courageous decision to buy shares of am AIM company that's obviously low on cash where its share price has just been spiked." |
Only the brave holding this following the NFX placing.
Did I mention the possibility of a 1.3p buying opportunity? |
Check out Tim McCarthys track record with failed Alizyme (and many other dissolved companies) where he was FD then CEO, and made all the right positive noises in presentations. Three drugs in trials and none passed, but was promising deals right up until the end.
Alizyme went into administration, taking shareholders money with it.
Lemmings and mushrooms only. |
