Yes good to get a definitive timetable and it does clear up the confusion of the last RNS. One of the issues here is the obfuscation we always see in the RNSs.

Overall though I remain optimistic about a spike on the final approval for the trial for the FDA. And to be clear I will then be out!

Good to see today's news. At the moment they are still valued at less than the money that Avion will be putting into the P3! So lots of room for a rise up, which would be totally justified proportionate to market cap.

Either the AGM or yesterday's subsequent RNS re: share capital reorganisation (presaging a fundraise?) appears to have unsettled investors here. Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water, IMM drops another 10%+ in a day.

nobby - is it definitely 21 days? Whilst they could be wrong, a poster on the LSE board is saying "So it looks like we have 75 days for the FDA to respond to a Type C meeting, after doing some research on the FDA website that’s what it says for a Type C meeting so early September". I guess any ambiguity could be down to whether you think the Type C meeting has already taken place. To me it sounds like it has.

Well assuming you are correct we should hear in less than 3 weeks. I agree it’s a strange holding RNS which just wasn’t needed. Just wait for the outcome of the Type C meeting, although I’m sure Tim would complain he can’t win, which is probably true. Shareholders complain if there is no news and then also about a holding update. C’est la vie…

Thanks Nobby - somehow I now think this RNS is futile effort to calm the investors but it backfired.

Time to snooze off now for few days/weeks or even months!

It’s not clear from the announcement if the Type C meeting has already happened or not. It says ‘submitted via a Type C meeting’ so you have to guess the 21 day countdown has already started but I’m really not certain.

As updates go, this one was lacking in new material. Kicking the can down the road another few weeks does little to reassure investors. Today's share price reaction proves that. And just repeating how excited you are about the prospects doesn't really cut it any more. Next few weeks will be interesting though.

Just noticed that it was Type C meeting, so does that mean that FDA have to response to Avion in 21 days time ?

Just did quick google and it shows

within 21 days
After the meeting has been requested, the FDA will respond to Type A meeting requests within 14 days, and Type B and C meeting requests within 21 days

Am i right ?
