The real news on this will be 2 stage, does FDA approve the test and is P3 successful. If the 2nd comes to pass 240M shares will still mean a good return, other wise? Nothing surprising in the report as PI's are always last in the queue.

Unusual for investors to put pressure on a company to do a placing. Maybe they want to make sure McCarthy gets his salary.

Phase 3 trials are very pricey

To sign up a meaningful number of human guinea pigs to be injected with a trial drug compound ... with unknown toxicology outcomes ... you could be looking at several millions of pounds.

Where is the money coming from after the recent Phase 3 results came out poor at best ie no proven efficay ie the compound didn't do anything measurable that was different to a placebo ie a fake drug/pill that some human guinea pigs have to take .

Put me down for one of those please nurse

Usually when a Company dilutes at such a discount , over the next few months with no news the price drifts down to placing price anyway, just wait and see !

What a load of tosh. Strong investor demand! What! With a 27% discount for nearly 25% of the equity, with adverse knock on effects to existing conversion loans costing another 13m shares worth of dilution, topped off with a nice sprinkling of costly warrants for the arrangers.
Disgraceful and an affront to loyal PIs who would have participated through Primary Bid, nearer 14p than 11p, with no conversion overhead and at a fraction of the arrangement cost. Any targets not achieved via this route could then have been offered to the bucket shops.

Always keep this on the Monitor from an investment point it was great on the run up to Failure.
I’m very dubious of the company and while people will make money it’s a risky investment doesn’t seem to be a legitimate reason for this latest raise similar to the one just prior to failure which at the time seemed dubious

Yes RSI.... this news could give it a new price range especially since it gets past this news even more good news to come...I'm surprised this pharma hasn't been noticed as much as others recently...its in a very exciting period now with quotes of easily in excess of £1 coming ...

Has been on the way up from the start and follows a late push late yesterday, that is news expected by next week and if it continues rising will be a BREAKOUT.

I reckon they have to get the SPA answer by Sept 7th so not long to wait. Surely it has to go up ahead of that answer from the FDA because it would be very surprising if the SPA was rejected.

Going places this morning and continuing with yesterday's late run, plenty of trades and volume 1.4M already more volume than yesterday, and a fast movement of prices on the order book.
