02/9/2020 10:47 | AVION are paying full costs of Phase 3 yes | alexios1201
02/9/2020 09:18 | I thought Avion were paying the cost of phase 3 on Lupuzor ? | kfp
02/9/2020 09:12 | The real news on this will be 2 stage, does FDA approve the test and is P3 successful. If the 2nd comes to pass 240M shares will still mean a good return, other wise? Nothing surprising in the report as PI's are always last in the queue. | colsmith
02/9/2020 08:53 | Unusual for investors to put pressure on a company to do a placing. Maybe they want to make sure McCarthy gets his salary. | roundup
02/9/2020 08:30 | buywell3 - 27 Apr 2018 - 11:19:34 - 29505 of 34433 IMMUPHARMA - IN FINAL PHASE 3 LUPUS TRIAL TARGETING BLOCKBUSTER ($1bn+) REVENUES - IMM Phase 3 trials are very pricey To sign up a meaningful number of human guinea pigs to be injected with a trial drug compound ... with unknown toxicology outcomes ... you could be looking at several millions of pounds. Where is the money coming from after the recent Phase 3 results came out poor at best ie no proven efficay ie the compound didn't do anything measurable that was different to a placebo ie a fake drug/pill that some human guinea pigs have to take . Put me down for one of those please nurse | buywell3
02/9/2020 08:21 | Has McCarthy bought any shares yet ? Usually when a Company dilutes at such a discount , over the next few months with no news the price drifts down to placing price anyway, just wait and see ! | kfp
02/9/2020 08:02 | If you have a problem with McCarthy, bring it up with him. All you are telling people here is that you have a huge chip on your shoulder about him, and he has got the better of you. | wigwammer
02/9/2020 07:58 | So not defending McCarthy today.... | nobbygnome
02/9/2020 07:55 | Again, I haven't posted here for a long time. Yet you still obsess about me. Please get over it and move on. | wigwammer
02/9/2020 07:52 | I am looking forward to your usual nonsense about how wonderful Lupuzor is..... | nobbygnome
02/9/2020 07:51 | I haven't posted here for well over a month. But as usual, the nob still obsesses about me :) | wigwammer
02/9/2020 07:49 | Where's wiggy to defend the company as usual? | nobbygnome
02/9/2020 07:46 | What a load of tosh. Strong investor demand! What! With a 27% discount for nearly 25% of the equity, with adverse knock on effects to existing conversion loans costing another 13m shares worth of dilution, topped off with a nice sprinkling of costly warrants for the arrangers. Disgraceful and an affront to loyal PIs who would have participated through Primary Bid, nearer 14p than 11p, with no conversion overhead and at a fraction of the arrangement cost. Any targets not achieved via this route could then have been offered to the bucket shops. | ridicule
02/9/2020 07:40 | "in response to investor demand" - yep I bet there is at that price - dear me what a bunch of wa...rs. | stockriser
02/9/2020 07:29 | Always keep this on the Monitor from an investment point it was great on the run up to Failure. I’m very dubious of the company and while people will make money it’s a risky investment doesn’t seem to be a legitimate reason for this latest raise similar to the one just prior to failure which at the time seemed dubious | best1467
02/9/2020 07:23 | IMM still doing what they do best I see. Shocking bunch. | spawny100
02/9/2020 07:15 | Not a surprise with this bunch but a shocker of a price. Still McCarthy et al have made sure they can get their oversized remuneration for another few years.... | nobbygnome
28/8/2020 10:13 | Yes RSI.... this news could give it a new price range especially since it gets past this news even more good news to come...I'm surprised this pharma hasn't been noticed as much as others recently...its in a very exciting period now with quotes of easily in excess of £1 coming ... | halfbutt
28/8/2020 09:31 | 16.50p +1p (6.45%) Has been on the way up from the start and follows a late push late yesterday, that is news expected by next week and if it continues rising will be a BREAKOUT. | master rsi
27/8/2020 00:06 | 14p -1.35p UT | master rsi
26/8/2020 16:25 | I reckon they have to get the SPA answer by Sept 7th so not long to wait. Surely it has to go up ahead of that answer from the FDA because it would be very surprising if the SPA was rejected. | nobbygnome
26/8/2020 09:47 | Lots of movement based on news expectation tomorrow.... very exciting as if it closes higher.....even higher tomorrow.. in that news for me will be good | halfbutt
26/8/2020 08:49 | Going places this morning and continuing with yesterday's late run, plenty of trades and volume 1.4M already more volume than yesterday, and a fast movement of prices on the order book. | master rsi |
