Nobby, You know that the FDA will give the go ahead for a new trail as there are NO safety issues ...

What they negociate in terms of endpoints and number of patients is what I want to see

That is a good point about the start of a trial but should not affect the meeting with the FDA. You only have one meeting with the FDA and unless there are issues you get a pretty quick answer which of course would have to be the subject of an RNS. On the balance of probability I expect a positive response but as I have said before it is not a given.

It's my view that IMM have already met with the FDA regarding the new P3.
The coronavirus is upsetting the markets at this time but shoud'nt have an effect on a P3 trial which will last for at least three years from now, imo

Do you think this Corona Virus plays some part in FDA or Avion making decisions ?

Like delay application for P3
Delay hiring patient as virus make life more difficult

You know what I mean, why it would make sense to start P3 when no one dare to come outside, least any hospital.

Thoughts ?
