They say they gonna do this and that but no timelines if they prepared to give divi they should say after deal completed we will give after X months.

Assuming it all goes through and shareholders receive around 3p/share, I believe that this will be treated as a capital return (they may call it a capital dividend). It will certainly not be an income dividend, as these can only be paid from post tax profits.

A return of capital (or capital dividend) is likely to be treated as a disposal of a part interest in the underlining shares

BabblerAlot is vague, look at the spa terms.When will deal go through and immotion be paid?If they have put aside divi payment of 13.5m after completion how long for divi to be paid. Not written.At the GM i suggest shareholders get confirmation.

Anybody really read the RNS ?In the period following the Interim Results, QVC undertook a small trial in the UK selling some 3,000 Vodiac units in a single demonstration. The success of this led to a test in the USA, where 4,000 units were sold in a matter of hours, plus a 'Today's Special Value' promotion on QVC UK, where 23,000 units, some GBP800k of sales, were sold in a 24 hour period. Sales of the Let's Explore Oceans packs have been buoyant through both Amazon, and direct to consumers with this line selling out in Q4 2022.Talks with our distribution partner are already underway about significantly larger orders for 2023 and beyond. Accordingly, the Board is of the view that following Completion and with the necessary financial resources to invest in the business, HBE has significant opportunities available to it and as such, conditional upon Completion, it is in the best interests of Shareholders as a whole to retain the HBE in its entirety.

If shareholders aren’t happy with the terms/price of the acquisition then tell the company! Last year LVCG changed the terms of an acquisition (involving a director) following pressure from shareholders. Alternatively vote against the resolution(s) at the AGM. What is a fair price? North of $30 million?

You are going to get 3p per share returned. The cash and business is left after that return. That's how I understand it. IE if you buy at 3p area you are getting the business and cash for free.

The reality is that nervous PI's did not take advantage of the 2p ish share price some believing a placing and dilution was on the cards.Believers were likely averaging down and are now smiling...(any recent shorters are crying buckets!).It's the nature of AIM stocks.Some should stick to big caps rather than tiddlers like IMMO.

The potential family silver is being sold off and the Merlin announcement is the first significant news for a long time.

That’s why PE are interested.

I don’t care about daily spikes.

Announcing the Merlin contract would have caused a spike over 3p that would have been sold off like this mornings much more significant news. If someone is daft enough to sell 1m shares at 3.06p when a dividend of 3p has been proposed what makes you think a contract renewal is going to cause a reversal?
