Just saw the job offerings and I must say I'm a little chuffed but not surprised.
They are moving fast.
This is the way forward from now ..
To grow this Acorn business back to the Oak tree it once were.
Vin is already building the A Team to execute her master plan :)
Next week should be fun.

I was in another company called Marlowe plc and they have a market cap of £211 million whilst making a loss. They continue to buy businesses 9 in the last year .

Euclid just wait until Monday or Tuesday. Your questions will be answered. Nobody is getting in on a placing except Vin Murrai which the market has announced numerous times. We have been told the next news release will tell us how much she is backing IMTK with. £ Vin made £100 million for herself in the last co she sold so that’s where the money is coming from. Vins shares will be locked in so them shares are in her account, nobody can get them likewise nobody can have my shares or anybody else’s until they sell. Nobody is selling but buying to multi multi bag with Vin coming onboard.

In the meantime IMTK have 2 senior position they are looking to fill;

I made some valid points I was trying to say, which you have overlooked.

How does anyone grow any small cap company into hundreds of millions of pounds without expansion & capital behind them. It's more than just a name on the Board that does this.

Stark, although you are over bullish on UPL, one thing you forgot is no matter which CEO runs that company, whilst they are drilling exploration wells, it's the drill that does the talking not who the head is on the BoD's

One thing I have noticed is very large holders can't take different views as it bothers them as it doesn't talk their own book up. Therefore not in their interest to hear other sides of the equation.

That's an outstanding a pretty real post there Gimmetheloot I think you've hit the nail on the head here as that's what I'm reading.... seems like others are a lil confused about this equity investment and how it's going to pan out ?I rather the blinkered ones sell out before any news arrives and let the savvy investors take over.This is a min 100 Mcap company as soon as Vin's financial interest is announced next week.Market makers do not have stock to satisfy the future investors here :))GLA

Are pi's here not concerned that even when Vin buys in, she may have to raise fresh capital to expnad & grow the company. What is he does a placing at nearer 2p with some institutions

All small co's need to have capital to expand & grow their business. No company becomes a £100m company by using shirt buttons. They will need a lot more cash behind them to expand

Contracts are coming in for sure.Angus Forrest imo is a straight forward transparent CEOIt was he who sourced and invited Vinn to join the team and the rest is history...Vinn has seen something here she really likes and has committed to putting in many millions of her personal money in this...Folk just need to connect the dots here and figure out the game that is being played out.I am extremely confident and am happy to be invested here.Any one here have doubts like we all should before investing....go speak to Angus and the Nomad

Whatever the controlling interest of Vin Murrai the free float remains the same. One announcement about what she is bringing to the party and you watch this baby fly. She is well respected and very well known amongst institutions, private equity groups, tech space, and other groups. Everyone will want a piece of the pie. Very few free float shares here and Everyman and his dog will want and with a tiny market cap this will rerate massively. Add to that Vins deals she brings on board ;-)))
