SW I'm expecting this to open up after it comes out of suspension and can see it multi bagging in a short time frame.
750k Mcap for a viable TECH business with blue chips bringing in revenue is a real p..s take.

Yes, I suspect you've hit the nail on the head. Vin appears to have 'thrown her toys out', and told Finncap (where she is a director I believe) to resign from their position as IMTK's NOMAD immediately. Thus causing the max amount of disruption.

Why is anyone's guess. But it smells as though her other plans (ie once she had control of IMTK) had fallen through (maybe a reverse takeover in the offing - ie using one of her Hg Tech businesses?), perhaps due to her 'throwing a wobbly again'? Hence she walked & blamed the company for her mistakes...

Really really strange behaviour for someone apparently so experienced and calm under pressure? Totally bizarre.

But hey, if this hypothesis is anywhere near the truth, then I bet Angus is (in hindsight) pretty relieved he didn't end up working for her! Maybe it was all fate?

You all need to connect the dots here.
It's not rocket science.
There is no way this company is finished, far from it.
Angus the current CEO was an investor at 5p (3 million shares)
Octopus also bought in a big stake recently.
All in the RNS's
Now it's all about the next RNS and a month (max) of patience

Since she is CEO and was connected to both parties...She imo has control of Nomad and communication from them

No idea other than Vin was CEO on the Nomad board Finncap...She also showed interest in IMTK as an investor hence the reason for her departure Conflict of business
