IMTK are lucky not paying VM £1M for her services. Buying £500k @ 2p or 2.5p won’t make an ounce of difference. She just getting the best value from her money and rightly so. Imagine she takes this to a Billion market cap and there is a very high chance she could well do so as she has done many times before.

seems to be a bit of a rock and a hard place here.

AF got them at what sub 1.5p ? VM probably saying not prepared to pay much more when she will be driving the business forward ? hence 2p now mentioned which gives her an instant 300% gain before taking position ?

It does not matter to what price Vinn gets to buy in at...that'sonly to her and not the public and she is clearly going to hanging onto her investment/shares...It's about the on going discussions that Vinn is definatley coming on board here and that alone will set this company alight imo.Not long to wait for the written confirmation from the market then..May present and opportunity if any sell on news folk bail due to impatience :))

Just looking at the clients and how long they have been onboard for makes you wonder that these guys must have been doing something right otherwise why would Exxon, Shell & the rest of them continue renewing. Vin always talks about ‘recurring revenues’
