Same old image scan. In an unstable world it's nice to know some things stay the same.
The ODX and IGE patsy isn't worth bothering about.

Their strength seems to be developing new versions of stuff that no-one wants.

Nothing to look forward to in this report that can provide confidence in the future.

Taking on new sales staff has not helped, and all the hype about the so called expert in the US that was going to lead to big orders has not done the trick and neither has face to face shows.

It’s going to be a long wait if ever to see this get back on its feet, and I wonder our main investor feels now.

Not even a bit of good news from the Dubai or recent shows. Very disappointing indeed.

I wonder how the years losses will stack up, after the shock news last time.

If you are both unhappy, why not write to Bill and ask for an explanation on these points?

Excuse my naivety in these matters, but who do you report concerns over misleading RNS announcements?

I just went back over the December announcement and can’t see any hint of a profit warning although they must have been aware of the situation – it was only 8 weeks ago. Indeed, the Chairman was relatively bullish in his outlook statement and said:

“As anticipated, the past year has been challenging, and some of those challenges continue to impact our activities. However, we enter the new financial year with a strong cash balance, a rapidly expanding product range and important new customers. These are reasons for us to be optimistic for our ability to achieve organic growth in revenues and profits as market activity starts to return to more normal levels.”

Did the know about these losses and bad news in December '21 when they announced their preliminary results? Find it hard to believe that only two months ago they had no idea. With hindsight December announcement now seems a bit misleading.

Plenty of confusion - read yesterday's RNSs. Can't even get their own titles right.

Bill Mawer is Executive Chairman and he owns 3.8% of the company. I can see absolutely no confusion over who's in charge.

Straw clutching is never a good basis for investing clocktower. You've been consistently wrong here. As I pointed out, revenues were already dropping and bullish ramping was a shabby approach by you. As anticipated, the revenue drop was a compelling sign of a subsequent dire trading update.

"Orders have been delayed, causing the momentum built up in the second half of FY21 to stall. This is now expected to result in the Company making a significant loss for the first half."

This "significant loss" will deplete much of IGE's cash with the obvious knock-on effect for imminent funding needs. I suppose holders like you will have the choice of participating in funding or see their investment valued as a shell with tax losses. There is no discernible IP or USP here either combined with confusion over which director pulls the strings.

Yes I read all the posts on the thread but will not be paying much attention to the thread until we get further news or there is interesting reports that I notice.

So we will just have to wait and see, the good thing is that the company is so small that the stock cannot be shorted, and you might even see some of the larger holders picking up more stock on the cheap (if it is indeed cheap).

The thing is clock

It is always worth reading the negative posts views

buywell for example has posted many on here --- did you not read them ?

Whilst on the face of it clock , products like these initially would sound/appear to be a good look

Many countries can copy them and churn them out much cheaper

Small Caps can't afford to get involved in high cost litigation squabbles even if they have good patent protections

Have IGE got such patents clock ?

I am just wondering why you are here trident5, in view of your last post, as it appears you have not been invested here for some time and have no intention of buying in again, even if the share price were to drop to a level that you might consider doing so again but it is good to have your input, so I hope you continue to pop in from time to time, as clearly most of us will just have to put this to bed for a while and see where it goes, or at some point in time take our loses or profits, as the case maybe with some of todays buyers.

If you look at the chart above you'll have some indication of how much time has passed since they've been getting larger orders.

It is just a continuous cycle of developing their product which hardly anyone wants.

The lesson I've taken from my time invested here is not to buy small caps selling to government agencies.

The confusion over who is CEO is telling.
