Shares plunging. Unless the company announces new contracts to fill the 2013 order book, there will net cash outflow and the company will have to raise money or get more bank facilities....

hi - well I hope the share price recovers from my attack ! - then i can sell whats left. I do like early stage techy shares, risky but strong potential. I doubled my money on Sabien - i could see the orders flowing through - but sold near the top because a decent eps looked a few years away. Still like it, waiting for a better price. Recently bought JSJS - perhaps too early but their recent marketing initiatives look good - getting electricians to sell for them is brilliant.

You're right about contract wins - I haven't seen any in 2012.

Must be quite difficult to sell such a quantity when there's little demand. You've probably single handedly pushed the share price down from 2.5p to 1.75p!

Obviously I'm hoping you're wrong about their growth as I continue to hold (albeit only a small amount) but I didn't like their warning in their final results "achieving critical mass and sustaining profitability remains challenging with the relatively limited cash resources available"

I wouldn't be confident enough to buy more at these levels, but I see no reason to sell right now either. Though by the time I see a reason to sell I'm sure they'll be a lot lower!

Their chart doesn't look too inspiring either - pretty much flat for 4 years.

I held 205000 now down to 35000. I recollect ( thrown my notes away) they had one big contract that boosted turnover and profitablity. No sign of any further ones so cant see any strong enough growth to give a decent eps.

How many did you hold? These are very illiquid so difficult to buy or sell a large amount. Just looking at the figures, they've been growing quite strongly with lower losses each year and finally a profit. Surely that's a good thing? Why wouldn't this trend continue?

Disappointed with the results, particularly no new major orders. took opportunity to sell what I could in batches of 25,000, from 2.5 p at first down to 1.75 p last. Still hold a few as price then pathetic. Cant see it growing strongly, better places for my money.

Yes maybe, especially if it came from the Board....

Very illiquid so I'm sure a £1k buy would do a similar thing in the other direction.

£1000 pounds worth sold and the market cap falls £200,000 to £1.15m.
As it's XMAS it might be appropriate to give us a sign...

Indeed Phil

That seems to be what they are signalling in the results..

Whilst the results are more positive, the Board recognises that achieving critical mass in this increasingly competitive market continues to be challenging. Bearing in mind the risks inherent with the current scale of our business, the Board remains open to exploring all strategic options that may materialise.

A take-over creeps closer - far too small to continue an independent existence.

And far too small to raise money on the stock market.
