Board changes 
 
 
International Greetings plc ("International Greetings" or the "Company") 
announced on 2 April 2009 that it had appointed Charles Uwakaneme as an 
Executive Director and Chris Howell as a Non-Executive Director. Both 
appointments became effective on 1 April 2009. 
The additional information set out below is provided in accordance with the AIM 
Rules for new board appointments. 
 
 
Charles Chibuike Uwakaneme (aged 64) holds or has held the following

no other matters required to be disclosed under paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of 
the AIM Rules for Companies.
