In order to satisfy institutional demand and to improve the free float of the
company, International Greetings plc ("the Company") announces the followings
disposals of ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Shares"):

The disposals were effected on 12 December 2003 at 290p per Share.

* The Shares disposed of were registered in his own name. Mr Fisher's resultant
interest in the Company's shares comprises 1,200,243 Shares in his own name and
1,500,000 Shares in the name of Benalex Holdings Limited, a company incorporated
under the laws of Jersey and owned by a settlement trust for the benefit of
himself and members of his family.

** The Shares disposed of were registered in the name of Artistic AG. Mr
Hedlund's resultant interest in the Company's shares comprises 901,033 Shares in
his own name, and 20,080,400 and 3,119,800 Shares respectively in the names of
Artistic AG and Malios AG, companies incorporated in Switzerland and under the
ultimate control of the Hedlund family.
