08/7/2015 13:14 | Off and running again. 150 next breather? | lord gnome
03/7/2015 20:36 | Yes indeed Lord G, well done Mr Williams. I'm still a bit confused why the finance director sold a large chunk of his holding the other day! The only reason I can think of is that he was asked to do so to free up a trance of shares with the available free float being very tight to keep this market ticking over, still it was a nice bonus for him as he was granted the shares in the first place and he still retains a large amount. | time 2 retire
03/7/2015 20:00 | Looks like the Telegraph plug by Gervais has done the job, t2r. | lord gnome
03/7/2015 10:21 | A new 8 year high.... | time 2 retire
02/7/2015 14:07 | Let's hope so cfro, we've touched this 130p mark at least 5 times in the last month but keep hitting resistance-get through it and we could be away... | time 2 retire
02/7/2015 14:02 | Looking like it might break into new ground here.... | cfro
02/7/2015 14:00 | Thanks for the link T2R, a flutter of buying after 13:00 seems to have given to share price a nudge in the right direction. | interceptor2
02/7/2015 06:11 | Williams is certainly keen on IGR, almost to the point of ramping. | lord gnome
01/7/2015 23:11 | IGR "too cheap to ignore" says Gervais Williams speaking to THE TELEGRAPH... | time 2 retire
26/6/2015 16:10 | Thank you psolomons, I think everyone appreciates your honesty which I understand is given in good faith. :o) | interceptor2
26/6/2015 15:50 | For a bulletin board to have any relevance and trust, posters need to be honest and open about their thoughts and experience with their investment. To that end I am sharing the fact that I have sold a few of my holding, realising a decent profit from the last few weeks. The FD sale and the prospect of a period without news were the deciding factors.I still hold the vast majority of my shares which I intend keeping for the next move up. | psolomons
24/6/2015 23:09 | I don't think there is anything to worry about that the finance director has sold his holding. The perception it creates worries me more. The finance director knows how well the company is really doing and where its going. I'm not suggesting the company is suddenly going into reverse but people who don't know IG might read it as a negative sign. | psolomons
24/6/2015 15:18 | 'International Greetings has delivered strong growth in earnings, ended its financial year with net debt below previous estimates and returned to the dividend list a year ahead of earlier expectations. While underlying markets provide little stimulus, there remains plenty of scope for the group to grow its top line through increase in market share, particularly in the large US market, leveraging its highly efficient manufacturing production and strengths in global sourcing. The share price is now recognising some of the achievement to date, but not necessarily the ongoing opportunities.' Nothing we don't already know, but Edison looks to have done a decent bit of work on IGR. | lord gnome
24/6/2015 14:56 | The latest research by EDISON gives us a share price of between 145-164p per share so still a bit of value to be had here IMO. | time 2 retire
24/6/2015 10:34 | No, and it has just reappeared as the latest listed trade on M o n e y AM yet again!? Weird. | saucepan
24/6/2015 09:26 | Those 607,652 shares appear to have been traded five times last night and this morning with corrections etc and different prices. Can anyone make sense of it ? | edale
24/6/2015 08:20 | Looking on the positive side, at least the market seemed keen to take such a large line of stock without a problem or deep discount to the share price. Must be a happy buyer somewhere. Better than an overhang. | lord gnome
24/6/2015 07:57 | Yes, a pity that the FD has decided to cash in his options. It always eludes me as to why directors would want to sell when said business is just getting on a growth footing. Each to their own i suppose but those shares would almost certainly have gone into safe hands. | cfro
23/6/2015 22:20 | Daz, I too noted that the shares are not supposed to materialise until 7 July. However: curiously, the exact same number of shares (607,652) were reported as a transaction at 16.01. Reported as a sale, but I suspect a buy. | saucepan
23/6/2015 22:10 | It was in the main a sale from the exercise of options, he only sold 60,000 shares he held. There's no way such a large number of shares would have been taken on without a buyer, so I'm pretty sure they've gone to one or more institutions. On a technical point the RNS says that shares from the exercise will only be admitted on the 7th July, so you would think as they don't officially exist at the moment, he's not entitled to sell them until they are recognised. | daz
23/6/2015 22:09 | For some strange reason I missed that completely, Saucepan. He still has a shed load of options, but no skin in the game from this point on. | lord gnome
23/6/2015 21:57 | Does anyone have any thoughts on the director sale today and whether those 607,652 shares will end up at an institution? It seems rather a pity that a Finance Director cannot keep a significant stake in the Company when the picture painted is purportedly so promising (his sale is not an obvious vote of confidence), but sometimes there are good reasons why directors need to raise cash. | saucepan
23/6/2015 18:50 | Is the £2.4 million site the one awaiting planning permission for the power station? With the investment in Wales complete, our site at Aberbargoed may shortly become available for sale, offering the opportunity to release cash in the near future. In addition the Group is in the third year of a five‑year period by which a company has the option to purchase part of another under utilised site (net book value £0.8 million) for a price of £2.4 million. This is also generating premium income of £0.1 million p.a. over the option period, recognised within other operating income. | boonboon

23/6/2015 11:01 | There are 58.21m issued shares and 46.45m are held by the shareholders listed above (who have 3%+ each) and the directors. That leaves less than 20% and some of these will be held by other institutions and explains how the share price can move up quickly on good news or broker/media comment. I'm holding. | gifted |
