20/5/2019 12:28 | I did last year, being my first experience with their ISA, Seems the divi is paid via some convoluted route and could take up to two days, which is bloody irritating in a Market like today when prices are so low! | gbh2
20/5/2019 11:31 | That’s unusual gbh2..they have always paid any dividends on the correct day for me. Have you got in touch with them & asked what the delay is? | 0rient
20/5/2019 10:56 | Still no bloody dividend in my IG share dealing account, yet the other half was paid into my Halifax share dealing account last Friday, by lunchtime. Doesn't bode well for IG if they're hoping to make their Share Dealing accounts attractive! ! | gbh2
20/5/2019 09:46 | Cc, yes which oversea broker do you use and can you give us a link. Cheers. | 11_percent
17/5/2019 13:25 | Which oversea broker do you use? | saj3
17/5/2019 12:45 | do people still regularly spreadbet just asking because I stopped completely as soon as ESMA came in? I tried it for a while but too much capital was tied up for small trades so do this using an overseas broker now which works fine for me, ticking along with FTSE swing trades. Everything now is focused on an ISA and SIPP where the bulk of my capital is held. You used to see busy threads on here with so many people trading but they're dead now it looks like everybody has moved on. Where to I'm not sure. I thought ESMA was daft especially when I had guaranteed stops and paid for positions up front so didn't need much captial to start with and fully protected. ESMA came along and they stopped guaranteed stops, had load my account up with anything from £5K to £10K just to place a couple of FTSE trades every now and agian. | creditcrunchies
17/5/2019 09:06 | It's time IG sharpened up its act regarding Payment of Dividends, it currently takes them up to three days before we see it in our Share dealing account! | gbh2
15/5/2019 09:12 | This is valued at twice the MC for the same profits! | asusasus
15/5/2019 09:11 | smurfy, Well the share price over at PLUS is not doing so bad is it!? Errors can happen you know. | asusasus
14/5/2019 20:48 | Wouldn't touch PLUS with a barge pole given the accounting error. | smurfy2001
14/5/2019 20:14 | I still consider it likely that trading performance is below market expectations....as the ESMA full effect hasn't been fully understood. One only needs to look at the latest update from PLUS500 to see this....imho. | matchupitchu
14/5/2019 16:00 | 9.37% yield now. | smurfy2001
14/5/2019 15:14 | Trading update due to be issued next week. Maybe a leaky ship? Although I think the current trading performance is already in the price here. They re-iterated their commitment to maintaining the divi at the current level (circa 43p) at the current time. | imranawan
14/5/2019 14:45 | Any particular reason it is crashing? | 11_percent
14/5/2019 14:36 | Added to watchlist. | smurfy2001
14/5/2019 14:14 | Suspect folks are jumping ship and leaving this overvalued stock and piling into PLUS which is significantly undervalued. | asusasus
14/5/2019 13:42 | I’m buying down here..bought a fair few last few trading days :-) Think it’s been hit to hard now..IG is quality in its sector! | 0rient
14/5/2019 09:12 | 19-088MR Some AFS licensees may be breaking overseas laws Any impact here? | aishah
14/5/2019 08:15 | Bit more volatility now loglorry!Crypto probably picking back up a bit also | privileged
13/5/2019 10:37 | It just keeps going down. I thought we had a floor at 500. Divi 8.76%...…..cra | 11_percent
06/5/2019 11:24 | Spread bet companies make money when there is volatility especially in a bull market. The lack of vol and new regulatory framework has hit them all pretty hard. IGG are the gold standard though and I expect when volatility returns they'll do quite well again. | loglorry1
06/5/2019 10:07 | Its well covered, and, as far as can tell, they don't need the cash for anything else/developments. | 11_percent
04/5/2019 11:22 | Will they cut the dividend? Yield is very high now. | smurfy2001
03/5/2019 23:51 | I sold at the last drop as I could see downside..and although the share price had recovered it has now slipped back. I think the next results will be more indicative for a base line post regulations...all Imho... | matchupitchu |
