Update for anyone following this. I had sent a few emails to the investor relations contact in the past few week/months trying to get confirmation of the annual report date and the dividend policy going forward. Hadn't had any response so phoned and spoke to James today. He said the annual report should be getting issued soon, he's aware its later than recent years and also said the board will be meeting to decide on the dividend. He also said that the "SHARE SERIAL/UNIQUE NUMBER" field on the shareholder section of the website isn't required, just input the ISIN number. Hopefully we'll have some more information soon.

Flying pig, admin hassles aside,your news is encouraging. Sounds like we are about to get the dividend. Any idea how much it is?

Did the share certificate arrive after you registers on the Ienergizer website? Did they share certificate arrive by email or post? Finally, does the share certificate represent all the shares you hold i.e. do we get 1 certificate for all the shares we hold? Many thanks.

I have received a share certificate and have been encouraged to register with signalshares.com to ensure that any dividend is paid directly to my bank account. Unfortunately, this is proving difficult. Signalshares does not recognise the company on its website. It is therefore impossible this. No doubt this will get sorted at some point in the coming days/weeks but it is particularly unprofessional. My share certificate is dated 5 July 2023.
All rather depressing.

I've not had a response either. Just a waiting game with this company now. They weren't vocal when they were listed! It wouldn't surprise me if a dividend payment appears in a couple of weeks. Anything is possible with this owner. The risk we take for holding in an unlisted company now.

There's not a lot we can do .They have another year to produce the results but 1/ Surely If eventually they want to sell the business it wont look great to have 2 year gap in figs ?2/ surely the 83pct holder wants his divi asap ?If we don't hear by mid August I will chase up.In the meantime everyone can keep calling James the IR man

Yep i skipped the bit about what numbers are your share certificates. I just put a question mark in and carried on . It let me complete and send it off. Btw this registration form is in the new Shareholder section on the company website. It says “all the shareholders must register” so worth doing.
Nico- any word from the company?

Previously paid in late July/early August when Ienergizer was listed. I've still had no response from the company. No dividend or communications yet.

I will be very interested to see if anyone can sell on JP Jenkins. I contacted AXA just out of interest as they had a moderate shareholding here and a fund I was invested in took a hit. Their view was of gross dis-approval of what the BOD did here but decided to dump their holding and move on. So their view albeit more diplomatic was the same as mine - a legal crime. And those that think they will ever again get any decent cash for their remaining shares are mistaken on JP Jenkins.

The dividend was announced on the 30th June last year so fingers crossed we can have a similar payment as that will certainly put confidence back into the shareholder base that little has changed.

Good spot. I have just filled in the shareholder bit on the website. A few questions i couldn't answer like what are the share numbers , I mean the actual numbers . I just put ? and it let me go on and complete and send the form. Let's see what happens
