I'm not sure when, it was the 23rd june last year.I don't see any investor info whatsoever on the company website- They seem to have scrubbed it all off.
I preferred it when we were quoted!

its strange. My spreadbet on them is still open and has gone up about 300% since last week. Anyone know why it hasn't been closed out and if perhaps it will stay open until they relist later this year?

I wonder what dividend we can expect for the finals 31.03.23?
Or what sort of communication we will receive now we are unlisted. Unchartered waters for me.
This is what happened last year.
Anyone got any thoughts?

iEnergizer, the technology services and media solutions leader for the digital age, reports annual results for the year ended March 31, 2022 with strong revenue and margin growth generating a substantial return and exceeding market expectations. Highly profitable revenue growth and continued margin improvements, achieved through deepening existing customer relationships, securing new customer contracts, and continued focus on higher margin work, along with careful and active cost management.

-- Profit Before Tax (PBT) up 55.5% at $83.2m (2021: $53.5m)
-- Profit After Tax (PAT) up 52.3% at $74.5m (2021: $48.9m)
-- Earnings per share up 50% at $0.39 (2021: $0.26)
-- Net debt of $100.0m (2021: $115.9m)
-- Total dividend of 21.92p per ordinary share ($52.8m) (2021: 14.12p) including interim

I think its true that the Cyprus lot might try and mop up the rest of the shares at a derisory price it would fit in with their MO up to now. I wonder how the FCA managed to let this situation transpire in the 1st place, I though there were rules around bid situations when a stock threshold was reached ?

Well everything seemed set up perfectly for a good day here but the buyer stayed away all day. Yet again the bot/buyer steps away at 65-67p mark and with out the buyer it's obvious what happens.
Disappointing well somewhat, always expect the unexpected. ;)
Let's see what happens tomorrow; if it's not meant to be then so be it be it.

On one hand It's possible the buyer will again squeeze it up to that 65-67p mark yet again now the price has reset once more. And on the other, the buyer that was throwing orders on the book like crazy Yesterday
afternoon may be done and it may fall?

Hopefully my stop at 44p breakeven will not be triggered , will post when i sell and at what price.
