From Thursday .... these will only be worth what the Cyprus group is prepared to pay.
In the end , any small investors continuing to hold will eventually be glad just to get a few pence per share.
Get out whilst there is a liquid market and put the whole rotten episode down to experience.

It will be an illiquid market.
You leave a sell order with a note of the price you will accept.
If anybody then wants to buy at that price then the trade can be executed.
In reality .... there will only be one buyer ... the major shareholder.
He will likely leave an offer on the table of 10p or less ..... take it or leave it !
We'll see a mad scramble to get out of this tomorrow before market close.

Thanks for the reply Kirk! I wonder how would they value the shares post Wednesday? And if we'll be able to see this on T212

I bought this using Trading 212. Anyone else on this platform and knows what the process like for delisted companies and whether T212 is a broker?

you can hold these shares in any broker account. All the broker account has to do to trade this after Wednesday is ring up JP!

I can see a mad rush to buy here as the discount is absolutely massive.

Sipp is good .I just transfered mine but you need certificate to trade so in you're sipp you have to hang on to them

OK in a Sipp is my understanding also; but not in an ISA.

Although if already owned in the ISA, however are the brokers going to force someone to take it out if there is no market and can't get it certificated?

I hold these in a Barclays SIPP. Does anyone know if I have to sell these before delisting on Wednesday. I doubt I will get any sense from Barclays if I asked them. I had a similar problem with a delisted share 5 years ago and they have still not sorted it out

Yes, but dividends are uncertain and they could avoid paying 600p or very much at all by having lots of diluting rights issues that one might not want to support.

But if you get 30p divis and get taken out at 600p in 3 years will you still not be happy ?Surely it's just a short term paper loss ?

For those of us bought this share at 400p or more, this is a pretty bad result.

An extremely good company, with a huge shareholder that is pretty immoral.
Directors have a fiduciary duty to all shareholders not just big ones.
Nobody emerges with much credit.
