CC - MXC went private around March. There was a tender offer a couple of months ago at 75p for 10% of shares held, I didn't sell any.

The important thing to remember is all debt is in house and MXC will prop this up until it becomes a small cash cow. The consolidation of their datacenter estate is going to save huge sums. MXC need northwards of 8p to see a return of their investment here. Thats all we know right now.
