1.85 to buy. MCAP just over £7m. I must be missing something here. That's my last top-up before the results.

you wouldnt be saying that because you have just bought in by any chance?
and which AWS outages would you be referring to?

NotKnowing - so where are you hearing these rumours?

Signing contracts is what's required. Hopefully the rumours you heard are correct and we hear about them in the results update later this month.

....anyone hearing rumours that a number of large organisations are talking to the team about co-hosting some business critical services following the recent spate of AWS service outages?

If they have right sized the business and Ide Connect starts pulling its socks up then no reason that ebitda could not be in the 4-5m range for this year which would give a healthy ev-ebitda ratio.

It's up to the shareholder to inform the market and, under AIM rule 26, the company needs to refresh its major shareholder list every six months. (so they were a bit tardy but so are many other aim listed co's over this - these days i dont know why they cant do it immediately!)

'This year has been pivotal for the Group, and whilst we saw a significant drop in revenues, we saw an increase in adjusted EBITDA. This confirms that the cost reductions and rationalisation of loss-making business has moved the Group to a better trading position from which to now grow.'
'Since the year end there has been an improvement in the pipeline of opportunities across the business both with existing and new customers and the Group has been trading at acceptable levels of profitably in the year to date.'
'is to drive further operating margin improvement and deliver consistent growth in earnings in the medium and long-term. This will be supported by forthcoming developments in marketing and lead generation activities we plan to implement in 2020.'
Perhaps there will be evidence soon that Íde is moving on again.

I just edited my last, not materially. As you know, this one is important to MXCP - and therefore to the owners financially, so they have a very strong driving interest. They did indicate things would be moving to the up, so yes, here's hoping. If we get something reasonably positive, then I think there'll be meaningful share price improvement.

It's taken them six months to update the website to show the revised shareholding. Doesn't show them in a good light, but hey it's not anything new. Hopefully we have some positive interim results this month. Fingers crossed!

I must have seen it but couldn't recall it until you posted - so I looked it up. There's a continuing sense of Groundhog Day here. Perhaps that's it. But I do live in hope.

The major shareholder list was updated on 1/9/20. Richard Griffiths has sold off approx 6.5M shares to bring his holding down to 8.35% (was 9.98%). Shouldn't there be an RNS for that sort of change? Well no of course not, IDE don't to RNS notices. Even when they do they're normally late!

They certainly chose a good non exec in Seb White. He was with AN. when Daisy bought them out. Im really not interested in charlatans on this board - I just tend to block when they start to irritate.

Thanks for the link. I've looked through their accounts and based on six degrees acquisition price it looks like we should be sitting nearer to 4 to 5p.

Have a look at the entry for 16 May 2017.HTTPs://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/09641615/filing-history?page=26Degrees or their Parent may well be interested in Redcentric or parts of it. The accounts show what they paid for smaller entities. May give an idea as to value here. I doubt the big shareholders here will want to sell until a value of £60-70m so a share price of around 10p. (with loan notes included)

Just seen that Redcentric has put itself up for sale. Perhaps off the back of any bid it will give an idea as to IDE's worth and current valuation metrics.
