The reporting period is not something that is open to interpretation it is a legal requirement. Therefore if the company's interim period is to 30/09/2019 then the results have to be out by 31/12/2019 or the stock is suspended. If they move the reporting period then by the law they have to inform the LSE and markets.

I did advice you things could not go on as they are and that there would be a further director resignation. I was right. DS has now left but the company is still insolvent and needs to raise cash. They cannot issue any stock at the moment whilst the price is under 0.25p. Calling in the administrators appears to be their only option at the moment.

Period between Christmas and the new year may not be the ideal time to gauge the interest but once the holiday period is over we need JQ to show that they are making progress in building the company and revenues are increasing....... if they are !

Opportunities are clearly there we now need to see how JQ and team is taking advantage of those opportunities. The lack of any increased buying volume since the AGM yesterday does suggest that nothing he said yesterday got anyone excited.

Not impossible but until JQ starts to deliver and not just talk the talk the company and share price is going nowhere.

It’s about time we saw something of substance announced as we have had nothing since the new website was launched.

JQ was very upbeat in his last podcast but we do need to see evidence of how busy they have been in further building of the business.

If this was clarified yesterday then I stand corrected. But this is what the company said in the last Q & A.

RNS 09/10/2019 - "The Company is generating revenue and the extent of this will be reported in accordance with the statutory financial calendar. The Company's next results will be the interim results, which are due within three months of the September 30(th) period end."

Clearly another lie to shareholders if this is not the case.

Pw idiot is quite since Ds left the company . I think he could make up what to say because he knows it's a good sign . The next news required by close of play 12:30 today has to be the interim results to 30 September 2019 as advised by the company. If they are not out the stock should be temporarily suspended.

yes we can expect to see another RNS soon
to say all resolution at the AGM has gone through with flying colours

something forward looking in this incoming RNS would be nice
to give us another boost in share price but who knows??

see what happen, as JQ must be on the case and working on something
positive to settle the market, and bring back confidence

time will tell
