Since coming out of administration an RTO is the only route available for the company. That they are looking for an RTO is a permanent feature of the company's strategic plans. So they are always in discussions about an RTO. However to do an RTO on the Standard List they require an investment of at least £30 million.

The FCA are not stupid and know the rise yesterday had nothing to do with the forever ongoing RTO talks but a bunch of pump and dump scallywags creating an FOMO situation by sending the shares to the top of the leader board.

The company thinks it can get the FCA to lift the suspension by confirming RTO talks are in progress when the shares will soar allowing EHGOS and DS to convert and dump.

Icon will have to present a plan or details that justifies the lifting of the suspension. That may take some time.

The FCA should now lift the suspension as they've had clarification from ICON.

From the suspension notice .......

"The Financial Conduct Authority ("the FCA") temporarily suspends the securities set out below from the Official List effective from 28/02/2024 16:00, in order to protect investors pending clarification from the company:"

This could rocket on the suspension being lifted ;-)
