I would imagine that the three directors stood down because of the reputational risk of being associated with what is happening here. Brad is clearly happy to carry on enabling EHGOSF and Linton Capital to fleece PIs in return for his monthly fee by putting out the odd fantasy news update. The GSN website has not been operating for months, and the copy-cat version is being operated by no less than Joe Media (aka Greencastle / Linton / David Sefton). You could not make it up. I can't see this scam working for much longer - it relies on PIs buying shares in the hope that it has reached the bottom. Anyone looking at this will see that the death spiral has to continue and soon 1p will be a distant memory. Then another consolidation.....

I made an error here the annual results were released on 31/10/2023. So no results are required until 31/03/2024 which is the interims. However this does not change the company's precarious situation where they cannot do an RTO without the cancellation of the shares and the penalty for conversion is now 6.40p nearly twice the current share price.

That is so true. For they said once back from administration and suspension they will be reorganising the company inclusive of an RTO to return shareholder value. This has all happened.
