Zen12 - There are two types of suspension. There is the company requesting permission from the FCA to voluntarily suspend and there is the FCA itself imposing a suspension.

As you quite rightly point out the company will never go for the first and sadly the FCA does not have the balls to go for the second despite clear breaches of the CVA.

A suspension can come as a result of an RTO related prospectus but from the last RNS this looks increasingly unlikely as the company has to spend the next 12 months handing over even more money to those who emptied its coffers in the first place.

Why would they suspend...printing easy money at the expense of PIs. If they suspend then the easy money tree falls..

They could easily issue a non-FCA approved prospectus. Everyone savvy with any modicum of fiscal acumen knows that. A lot going on behind the scenes.

Having no assets and promising to invest in great things is the status of a cash shell. EHGOS publicly stated it was willing to invest up to £50 million in ICON. This was the truth the only problem was it came at the expense of PI shareholders as EHGOS diluted the ar$e of them.

Your allegations might be the truth and proven right but they are vacuous and can be recited by any fool as there is no substance behind them.

Yes you had said this and I'm certain its all still there but what did you base these statements on. The administration process had ended and the High Court approved the CVA based on the fact that the company was a going concern. So how did you know ahead of the administrators and the High Court that the company was a scam?.

I have relied on six months of evidence since the administration ended to make my allegations. What did you base your allegations on the more so as the company is under new management.
