Dividend Timing1

It is expected that the Company will declare its maiden dividend in Q1 2021 - subject to loan note holder, judicial, and shareholder approval - for payment in early Q2. As previously disclosed, the Company aims to distribute up to 30% of free cash flow as a dividend to shareholders.

Spangle, I think every share should be viewed on its current merits, and let bygones be bygones. So I’ve now got more than 12x the number of shares I held in I3E when it was purely a North Sea Oil explorer. (Same for another stock I own, MYX.) AST remains a sell, of course. I3E is perhaps the best O&G stock I know for leverage to the oil price.

I am only holding this disaster of an investment because it isnt worth selling. Bought it at 120 based on the same narrative that is being churned out now. Some of you are getting returns simply because it has fallen to the floor. Still to be convinced there is any asset worth selling here. Has production started yet ?
