12/12/2019 16:25 | "Make money" you might be in the wrong company for that. The two guys at the helm have great difficulty in bringing anything to fruition that they promise. They could hardly have done a worse job for their investors so far. However for those who persevere you never know. There could be a "white knight" to come along with funds. Mind you they have not been successful up to now. | ![]() roundup

11/12/2019 12:14 | Forward Plan The Company will now prepare for a multi-well appraisal of Serenity and the Liberator West area in Summer 2020, which will aim to de-risk a considerable portion of the aggregate 600 MMbbl potential STOIIP identified in these structures. Development options for Liberator and Serenity will be progressed focusing initially on utilisation of existing infrastructure. The above forward plan remains subject to the sourcing of additional funding. i3 will continue working with senior lenders on a Phase I Liberator development facility while it pursues potential partnerships to finance the wider 2020 appraisal of Serenity and Liberator. Post 2019 drilling, i3 expects to have sufficient resources to fund its G&A requirements through 2020. | ![]() jungmana

11/12/2019 09:04 | SerenityThe Company continues to evaluate and integrate into its regional model the results from the 13/23c-10 Serenity discovery well, which together with data from the 13/23c-9 and 13/23c-11 Liberator wells, has substantively de-risked i3's pre-drill, regional subsurface interpretation and helped to refine and improve its understanding of the hydrocarbon distribution in the sub-basin. Confirmation of an OWC at 5270 ft TVDSS supports i3's expectation of a substantial oil volume in Serenity (estimated at 197 MMbbls STOIIP). i3's modelling indicates a potential connection of Serenity to the Tain oil field, for which a field development plan is being prepared by the Tain operator | ![]() jungmana
11/12/2019 09:03 | Seems to be a lot of support around 12p range we don't want to drop below that, time to add if you ask me. i3e have plenty of time from now to sort out future dept facilities, can see them now speaking with potential partners on serenity they wont develop that on their own, yes they are under pressure specially how the share price has collapsed 70% over done to me but all oil & gas companies are getting whacked at present more so than usual maybe to do with[ Brexit, election} we don't want Labour in, market will go down for sure but if BJ gets in with a majority market will do just fine. Value will come back here for sure we don't have mass circulation of shares, so plenty of options to move forward just have to sit tight look what unfolds. DYOR | ![]() avsome1968
10/12/2019 20:46 | "In connection with the award, BHGE has agreed that GBP3mm of oilfield service ("OFS") and oilfield equipment ("OFE") contract payments will not become payable until such time as i3 has received its first sales revenues from Liberator Phase I.As part of this transaction, the Company will be issuing to BHGE warrants up to a notional value of GBP3mm at an exercise price of 56.85p per ordinary share, totalling up to 5,277,045 warrants if fully issued. BHGE can exercise the warrants via cash settlement or in exchange for payments due under OFS or OFE contracts with the Company." | ![]() jungmana
