06/12/2019 17:18 | My analysis of the situation is that there was an element of doubt that Bybrook would go through with the subscription at the agreed price of 35p given the collapse in the share price to 12p shortly after agreeing the deal. If the £5 million had not been forthcoming then there could have been the need for some emergency funding at a heavily dilutive price. This morning's RNS confirmed that the deal was still on and this afternoon's RNS confirmed that the money had been received. BP taking free warrants to buy shares at 40p was also a little boost to sentiment. Anyone following shorterofdoom's advice would have wanted to close their short as the financing crunch he had predicted has been postponed into 2020. So in summary, i3e had been heavily oversold on financing fears which while not totally dispelled are at least nothing to worry about until next year. The shares are going to remain volatile but I see further progress next week hopefully back towards 30p. | ![]() kinwah
06/12/2019 17:03 | The real fact is it should never have dropped below 30p anyway | ![]() kirk 6
06/12/2019 16:58 | Tidy, the warrants cost nothing to take up, it costs to exercise which they will only do if the share price ever exceeds 40p. Read RNS dated 1.3 and 3.5 and it will make sense what todays RNS was all about. | i like trees
06/12/2019 16:56 | IIs weren't legally bound to take up warrants but if they wanted the shares then board probably told them take them at the price agreed | tidy 2
06/12/2019 16:56 | all seems weird to me, although not complaining...there must be a lot of quiet confidence in serenity- I wonder if an offer is anticipated, but the ii's did not want it on the cheap...anybody got any ideas? I must admit, although its not nice....there is some quiet satisfaction that prophetofdoom (whatever his name is - shorterofdoom) and his invective has been met with the contempt it deserves. Garyn also did the same on the LSE board with I3e and EUA, albeit in a much more clever way...I get the impression they are all part of the TW/shareprophets networks. | ![]() mhin2

06/12/2019 16:35 | We will in all likelihood be back to 30p next week. Feel sorry for those who could not hold their nerve and sold under 13p. Too cheap at this market cap | ![]() jungmana
