26/11/2019 09:09 | Question about this: In connection with the award, BHGE has agreed that £ 3mm of oilfield service ("OFS") and oilfield equipment ("OFE") contract payments will not become payable until such time as i3 has received its first sales revenues from Liberator Phase I. As part of this transaction, the Company will be issuing to BHGE warrants up to a notional value of £ 3mm at an exercise price of 56.85p per ordinary share, totaling up to 5,277,045 warrants if fully issued. BHGE can exercise the warrants via cash settlement or in exchange for payments due under OFS or OFE contracts with the Company. If they do not trade oil from Liberator Phase I the I3E will pay nothing for the service? | jgandolfi1984
26/11/2019 08:48 | Looooooads of fake news floating around stipulating the thickness of the oil column they expected to find was circa 80ft, this is a load of nonsense. The fact is, I3E have struck oil again and have also commercial quantities at Serenity. SP based on Serenity find plus all warrants is circa 69p on standing alone.I've just topped up with about £5k. 26/11/2019 08:43 | i3 Energy (i3E) Corporate Preliminary A2 Well ResultMarket Cap £31M Share Price 28.8p i3 Energy announced yesterday at 16:20 that the appraisal well drilling the A2 structure of the Liberator oilfield penetrated 20 feet of interpreted oil column. The company will now undertake a wireline analysis to further evaluate the well result. The indicated 20 feet is consistent with the oil column of the Liberator discovery well (drilled in 2013) and we had expected materially more oil column from the A2 appraisal well, which targeted a structural high. We expect to learn more about the well result in due course. We believe that the successful Serenity exploration well, announced 29 October 2019 shifted the company's centre of gravity towards that field and that the most recent result from the appraisal well at Liberator further shifts the balance of value towards that field. For perspective on Serenity, the oil in place estimate is 197 mmb (source: i3 Energy) based on pre-drill assumptions, which are broadly thought to have been confirmed by the successful discovery well. Applying a 35% recovery factor (WHI estimate) that would indicate a recoverable oil estimate of circa 69mmb. Based on an assumed 69 mmb recoverable oil resource at Serenity and a host of other assumptions we would estimate the full success case value of Serenity to be circa $543M. Based on the sum of the 119.6M shares outstanding and the 52.9M warrants outstanding the full success case values equates to 242 p/sh. We have included 25% of the success case value in our fair value estimate for that discovery, which equates to 61p/sh. We expect the shares to be volatile over the days and weeks ahea | captain stock
26/11/2019 08:42 | I am sure some one will tell me I’m wrong but surely serenity is worth at least 25p a share and maybe more if RRE want it . | ducati2345
26/11/2019 08:34 | Majid Shafiq commented "We are pleased to have encountered a thick Captain sand at this location including oil indications in the upper Captain sand above the oil water contact. Initial interpretation is that the sand thickness above the OWC is lower than anticipated. Definitive results will be determined and the market updated in due course."ENDS | jungmana
26/11/2019 08:34 | Posted by unlikely;Looking again at the RNS, I am encouraged by "Initial evaluation of the Measurement While Drilling logs indicate that, at this location, circa 20 ft MD of the Captain sand with oil indications has been found above the expected oil water contact (OWC) of 5270 ft total vertical depth subsea".I interpret that to mean the OWC was found at the expected depth. As the original CPR states reservoir thickness between 20 to 60 ft for Liberator, I see no negative implications for the field as a whole, just mildly disappointing that this particular location does not have an oil column towards the upper end of the possible range. | jungmana

26/11/2019 08:26 | This was a pilot well. We hit the sands. We have oil. How much? We don't know until the wire logs are announced. API, porosity etc, all likely to be excellent We will have s 4th drill announced soon too. Left a bit. Right a bit, bullseye. | honestmarty
26/11/2019 08:23 | Stop me if you think you've heard this one before. LOL Pro_S2009 26 Nov '19 - 06:23 - 1339 of 1349 0 1 1 As I posted yesterday, I sold out early on when the fall started to gain momentum. I believe that was a good move based on the information now released. | s1zematters
26/11/2019 08:14 | Another PRO=DOUCEHBAG special served up again as he does on all his ramps. Shall i re-post the 53 times he claimed he has topped up on this share from 68p down> what a complete loser! Don 't worry he will move on to his next garbage share, start his own board and post to himself on there with his army of fake names gifting plus1 coins to each other. Yet again as always on ADVFN the few voices proved correct over the ramping hoards. | s1zematters
