02/10/2019 09:47 | In order for the warrants to have been forward sold (32million+ shares that were 'in the money' at the time representing a third of the total stock or 90% of stock outside the hands of the BoD or LO at the time) actual shares would have had to be sold which would have to have been borrowed from someone. No declarations of stock changing hands ever came forward (TR1's are required if stock crossing thresholds is lent & subsequently sold) yet someone must have lent that stock. | ![]() begorrah88

02/10/2019 09:14 | Spudding RNS inbound Published 72% COS. New, improved 3RD well as fall back. Easily over 100p on Serenity success(72%). Best gamble on AIM this year. | ![]() honestmarty
02/10/2019 09:10 | It was the warrants that were not played with a straight bat: they were not on the share register and not capable of monitoring by management. On shorting, again, the company has no information, as the loan of the stock is a fund manager/broker nominee account manager decision. Interestingly, there was no stock on loan last time I looked, so not larger scale conventional shorting. Realistically, this was held down by the warrants pre drill, deterring the "profit on spud crowd" and since then, has been a real roller coaster of hope and fear, exaggerated in direct proportion to the over confidence on the first drill. The takeaway from all of that is that I3e at this level, can be a "profit on spud" as the warrants are not in the money and that we are now looking at the normal "high risk high reward" expected with an oil driller. | ![]() charlieeee
02/10/2019 09:08 | Blah blah blah it doesn't support your agenda..... Mate you are paying interest daily on your over leveraged short which you can close because you are deluded thinking this is going to drop more....cut your losses, learn from the lesson and move on. | ![]() mustafa15a
02/10/2019 08:53 | Managements View blah blah load of nonsense. Their view was L2 was going to be a production well until they changed their mind last minute and delivered a duster. Now they drill a much higher risk well based on the same algorithm & survey data used to map L2. More chance of winning the euro millions than striking oil at S1 | shorterofdoom

02/10/2019 07:36 | Read this slowlyThe analysis and interpretation of this new seismic data and its integration with the 13/23c-9 VSP and existing Liberator mapping will be completed ahead of further drilling at the Liberator field to ensure that the next well drilled on Liberator is at an optimal location. i3's preliminary integration and findings explain the unexpected 13/23c-9 well result and continue to support Management's view of Liberator's potential resources. Though this well was a disappointment, it has provided critical data for improving our mapping and positioning of the next Liberator appraisal well.In order to allow time for i3's technical team to analyse the results from 13/23c-9, update our Liberator modelling, potentially re-permit an alternative surface location for Liberator's next appraisal well, and to minimise standby costs for the Borgland Dolphin (as the Company is on a continuous 94-day contract), i3 is preparing the rig to drill Serenity's SA-01 as the second well in the current drilling programme. Mobilisation operations will commence as soon as the consent to locate permit is obtained from the regulatory authorities and, once drilling begins, the well is anticipated to take approximately four weeks. The poor result from the 13/23c-9 well, which was deemed to be relatively low-risk, exemplifies an inherent risk in the oil and gas business - the drill bit remains the only way to definitively resolve geological uncertainty. And though the Management feels very keenly the perceived setback of the 13/23c-9 well result, we remain confident in the resource potential of both the Liberator discovery and Serenity prospect. | ![]() tsmith2
02/10/2019 07:36 | Keep dreaming the dream and watch your losses vastly increase. I suggest you seek clarification from the company on the rig day rate against the contract price and 94 day hire period. That will give you the answer to their poor position. I have which is why I’m more than happy with my position. The company is out of cash after S1, plain and simple. Only a bulletin board moron with blinkers on couldn’t see it. Keep ramping amongst yourselves and keep the dream alive. Meanwhile the world is falling apart for i3e | shorterofdoom
