02/10/2019 05:47 | Institutions don’t want to hold this dog now. They are waiting for some volume to sell hard against before the board have to tap the market again. The clock of doom is ticking away burning the cash reserves. 94 days will soon be up just as S1 is finishing. Massive discount placing needed to fund A3. Million and millions of confetti warrants inbound. Management have revealed their true colours. Amateur at best. They ramped L2 production well for years then drilled it as an appraisal at the same location and hit a duster. Their dead cert well a duster. Now they are drilling wildcats and need more cash after S1. Shocking. The dregs of AIM this stock. Lifestyle company. | shorterofdoom
01/10/2019 17:58 | Again, volume suggests nothing more than pi's selling. No RNS to confirm anything other and the conspiracy theory is just silly. | ![]() gaffer73
01/10/2019 16:19 | I'd say LO are one of the few who have played this with a straight bat. They have reported along the way & their reports have been timely & sequential of holdings.I think there have been others II's & possibly shorters of significance who have not made any declarations. | ![]() begorrah88
01/10/2019 16:17 | And what makes you certain they haven't? | ![]() tsmith2

01/10/2019 15:43 | Far from the case. They have access to the share register & can, at anytime, contact a holder with a holding that exceeds the thresholds & remind them of their obligations.Or they can choose to hide their heads in the sand | ![]() begorrah88
01/10/2019 15:37 | That's true with lots of small companies. Not BODs fault, they can only release shareholdings detail when informed themselves | ![]() tsmith2
01/10/2019 15:28 | As has been the case for the past 10 months, the amount of stock for sale has continually pressed down on the share price yet the volume bears no relation to any declared holdings (total available stock not held by the BoD or one of the 2 declared II's has turned over 2.5 times since June alone). The regulator is not interested - I've asked the question of themAdd to that an incompetent BoD with no market credibility & a habit of shooting themselves in the foot & you have the perfect vehicle for pi's to get mugged. How much is deliberate & how much is accidental we may only find out when this goes pop.I find it very hard to believe the trading patterns ,volumes & signatures are solely down to yo-yoing pi's & traders | ![]() begorrah88
01/10/2019 14:45 | Wouldn’t worry about all that nonsense. Try and focus on how they are going to fund past 94 days with no cash. Massive massive discount placing inbound. Shares will be worthless due to the vast amount of dilution | shorterofdoom

01/10/2019 10:46 | Guardline mapped the entire west liberator area and Serenity area in March-Apr this yearThey need to be pretty swift with deciding the LA-03 location if they are going to change it from the originalWould be a let down if permits are not in place by the time they complete SA-01 drill | ![]() alexios1201
01/10/2019 09:54 | "update our Liberator modelling, potentially re-permit an alternative surface location for Liberator's next appraisal well"One slight issue...if their remapping identifies that the next Liberator well is outside the current site survey area, they'll need a new site survey and seabed survey, and new permitting...these things take time and money (300-500k).Can't see how they can interpret, choose a new location outside the existing site survey and get permitting in the time available. They will need to pick a location within the current site survey, which depending on what the mapping tells them may well be a compromise. (Can you see them not drilling, even if it looks risky?)I'll repeat...there's a reason no other company would farm in. Management believed they knew better...once it looks like that's the case, they have nowhere to go but to plough on regardless, and keep pretending it's OK...and that's what's happening here. | ![]() rnstranslator

30/9/2019 22:22 | i3's preliminary integration and findings explain the unexpected 13/23c-9 well result and continue to support Management's view of Liberator's potential resources. Though this well was a disappointment, it has provided critical data for improving our mapping and positioning of the next Liberator appraisal well. Gold dust | ![]() honestmarty

30/9/2019 22:14 | Read this slowlyThe analysis and interpretation of this new seismic data and its integration with the 13/23c-9 VSP and existing Liberator mapping will be completed ahead of further drilling at the Liberator field to ensure that the next well drilled on Liberator is at an optimal location. i3's preliminary integration and findings explain the unexpected 13/23c-9 well result and continue to support Management's view of Liberator's potential resources. Though this well was a disappointment, it has provided critical data for improving our mapping and positioning of the next Liberator appraisal well.In order to allow time for i3's technical team to analyse the results from 13/23c-9, update our Liberator modelling, potentially re-permit an alternative surface location for Liberator's next appraisal well, and to minimise standby costs for the Borgland Dolphin (as the Company is on a continuous 94-day contract), i3 is preparing the rig to drill Serenity's SA-01 as the second well in the current drilling programme. Mobilisation operations will commence as soon as the consent to locate permit is obtained from the regulatory authorities and, once drilling begins, the well is anticipated to take approximately four weeks. The poor result from the 13/23c-9 well, which was deemed to be relatively low-risk, exemplifies an inherent risk in the oil and gas business - the drill bit remains the only way to definitively resolve geological uncertainty. And though the Management feels very keenly the perceived setback of the 13/23c-9 well result, we remain confident in the resource potential of both the Liberator discovery and Serenity prospect. | ![]() tsmith2
30/9/2019 20:16 | ShorterofdoomIf you are short then fair play. But there are more guaranteed shorts out there. You are gambling on I3E drill not hitting oil. If it does you got to think how high the share price will go. It could end up 10p eventually in a year or 2 but it could hit 80p first. Would you get closed out of your position. What is your position? I'm in at 23.4p and worth a 4k punt. If I lose I lose? | norsewebster
