Our large shareholder is still after 2.5 million .
Think he got in to late to pay the lows of 10p as his buying has already help to move the share price up.

If its not a mystery - why would anyone have any questions. The question I have is why someone would come out of the woodwork nearly one year after the event saying "they screwed us with the dividend shambles". The dividend cut was absolutely necessary. The way the dividend was communicated in the months prior to the cut was clearly not their finest hour. Raising an obvious shortcoming is fair enough but thats not the language you originally used.

The move to quarterly was required by a loan covernant (not sure which).
Since they've just refinanced it's unknown if this requirement still exists. Who know, we might return to monthly divis??

Don't forget the change from quarterly to monthly was taken without a financial director. And also the increase in dividend price. Majid approved that and in hindsight was not one of his best moves to approve either without a FD.

Well the shareprice is depressed(but picking up);
The oil and Gas price is depressed (but picking up).
I3E fundamentals are robust.

This is the 'perfect' time to invest in a dividend stock for income and growth.

What he means is that the previous higher dividend return encouraged people to buy in based on a healthy yield at that point. The dividend proved unsustainable and when cut partly caused a dive in share price. Majid always talked about the dividend being paid at a sustainable rate when it was introduced. But they didn't do their financial modelling correctly as they didn't leave a big enough buffer.

They aren't making voting easy for the capital reduction by insisting on the use of a proxy especially if you have a nominee holding where you need to contact the nominee service provider regarding the process for appointing a proxy.
It seems that it will pass with 75% of votes cast being in favour so technically all us pi's don't need to do anything as Polus and Premier Milton who own 30.09% must be voting yes so if no other votes are received then it passes. Can't see why anybody would want to vote against it.
