12/10/2022 07:39 | Edge think it applies more to half yearly and yearly. But then AIM is known to be the wild west, LoL. | royalalbert
12/10/2022 07:29 | Mr Festival's 1m at 35.5c is a decent lump of cash in one go! Regards, Ed. | edgein
12/10/2022 07:27 | Great show of confidence with the directors buying. I'm almost sure though that another company I hold said they couldn't buy within 6 weeks of a Q report, perhaps AIM rules aren't just as tight. Regards, Ed. | edgein
12/10/2022 07:12 | They must have read this board, LoL. | royalalbert

11/10/2022 22:27 | Also, consider, GH is leaving and think about the board having more experience from Canada on board now. For the right price, they can have it.Cash | cashandcard
11/10/2022 22:10 | Bybrooks. Holding hasn't changed since July...They do these from time to time.Nothing to worry about.GLA | gusto01
11/10/2022 22:00 | I note that Bybrook/Cairn have put out another note on sedar today with their intention to sell their entire holding of 20%. Their holding hasnt changed since their secondary placement, despite issuing 3 similar notices. Given the top 3 shareholders hold 40% of the company, I wouldnt be surprised to see a bid coming in, given the current lowly EV/FCF multiple. | sporazene2
11/10/2022 18:52 | Tony Fair comment although you could have worded it in a less lavatorial manner. I called it wrong this afternoon and won’t post so much in future unless baited. | diarybeach
11/10/2022 16:46 | Please not another bland interview....SP always goes back down..Get some PR, some broker notes etc ffs! Please get someome with him to do the interview... With correct up to date slides.Get Graham back!! | gusto01
11/10/2022 16:36 | You'll never get anyone admitting to trading the stock...I would imagine by the way he buys, he should have issued a TR1 by the now lol.Don't trust anyone here! | gusto01
11/10/2022 16:35 | John Festival recently bought c£1m worth at 27p | 5chipper
11/10/2022 16:34 | I've been saying this for ages...Buy your own company stock on the open market.Get a proper PR company.Get Clearwater Drilled! GCD! | gusto01
11/10/2022 16:28 | Well I was a day late with my predicted sell off to 22p and recovery to 23/24 as people start buying back in. I've added a few but didn't have much cash available to be too meaningful unfortunately. | spawny100
11/10/2022 16:28 | Tourn, They're likely in a closed period due to the Q3 results. But agreed after that they should buy some and emphasise just how undervalued we are right now. Regards, Ed. | edgein
11/10/2022 16:23 | I'd like to see i3E's management buying shares in the market place with their own money. Doesn't seem a lot to ask | tournesol
11/10/2022 16:23 | I wish they would talk about Canada more. Honestly, NS has been useless for this company. They should do what they need to regards Serenity, but let that playout in the background. Why they feel the need to make more noise around failure, I don't understand. They should be educating people more about Canada. Perhaps not screaming from the rooftops, but a much better organised PR campaign to sing the praises of Clearwater, Simonette, ops, production, cashflow and future plans etc. Cash | cashandcard
11/10/2022 16:22 | Mark, Great to see the intraday recovery both here and in Canada, shows the strength of buying, good volume in Canada too. I guess many want to be in before the Q3 with 7 more wells cleaning up in October and many more to be drilled between now and year end (contributing to 2023). Regards, Ed. | edgein
