31/1/2018 09:19 | The great thing is, these are largely under the radar too. | che7win
31/1/2018 09:09 | Cash :-) Always good to have you involved. | showme01
31/1/2018 09:07 | I agree, this is a transformational deal. There are some points, such as the return of capital I would hope Zengas and others can comment on.Even with this, I see these at 150p level in the short term so I've been buying all morning as much as I can while supply is available below 60p. | che7win
31/1/2018 09:07 | showme, Also going to tuck a few more away. There is greater clarity going forwards now. It was always just a matter of time with this team. Cash | cashandcard
31/1/2018 09:06 | The apparent low placing price is just because the price has risen sharply recently... "representing a 0.4% premium to the 30-day average for the week ending 26(th) January 2018" Still looks tremendous opportunity at these levels. | someuwin
31/1/2018 09:04 | Must be a large institution who has access to to $200m. They have done their homework and are obviously very sure that there will be multiples of $200m profit to come from Liberator + new licence to be satisfied with re-payment from profits alone. After they are paid back (2-3 years?) 67% of said profit is all for i3e. I'm sure that a % of the initial profit will be retained by i3e initially, so all going to plan i3e will be in profit by year end. There are companies less far down the road and with smaller target production figures with m/caps of £50m+++ | 5chipper
31/1/2018 09:03 | Cash, reality is we could have bought at 31/32p a few days ago. What it has done is remove the uncertainty for most. I was always confident this was a done deal, hence loading up further | showme01
31/1/2018 09:02 | easy £1 this week | falia
31/1/2018 09:00 | Not happy with the low price for this fundraiser but acceptable given the project has moved on and they have big money backers to take the project forwards. Cash | cashandcard
31/1/2018 08:59 | They're going to run out of stock shortly ??? | basem1
31/1/2018 08:52 | Forget the placing, it was a means to an end and the share price was around that area when negotiations were done. The recent rise was always going to happen and after today's RNS with minimal dilution and retaining 67% minimum, this has just confirmed many multiples on the current price. Gla | showme01
31/1/2018 07:57 | Chipper, Not quite, because they will get multiples of their expenditure back is the way I read it? | che7win
31/1/2018 07:46 | So, in other words finance institutions are queing up to pay $200m for 33% of production. Making i3e's 67% of production worth $400m :) | 5chipper
31/1/2018 07:32 | 30p placing? And City Financial have taken 970,000 odd to add to their existing 10% - we all know about their reputation! | 2prsimo
31/1/2018 07:31 | Up to $200m of investor funding to fully fund both fields would mean a very small free float here once again. This would be as good as a $200m farm in to both fields (if the second one is awarded) 11 and 22 mmbls for 33% and upside to 80 mmbls. Liberator 10,000+ bopd development and with 2nd field to follow (if awarded) to 20k+ . 36m shares. Must have a target value of a minimum £3 and would still be around just £100m m/cap and then the 2nd field. No wonder the guys on yesterdays podcast were saying this could be a 10 bagger. | zengas
31/1/2018 07:27 | It has to rise sharply on this, I agree, maybe multiples?Minimum dilution, for $200m capital development, I didn't think so much was envisaged? My question is, on the multiple returns of capital, can anyone shed some light on this? | che7win
31/1/2018 07:15 | WOW!!!!Rocket time !!! | cinques
30/1/2018 20:58 | The crowds haven't spotted this one yet. When they do it will soar. Lots to look forward to this year - it's not a jam tomorrow share. I'm expecting many multiples of the current share price in a short time frame. | duckdown
30/1/2018 20:24 | This share should have been a £1 plus ages ago.Jut under the radar. I've met both Neill and Graham on seperate occasions and they are individually very knowledgeable, focused and confident in Liberator. This company could be generating over £1m per week net profit before tax within months. It is still so under the radar. | showme01
30/1/2018 19:45 | £1+ tomorrow? | smraynot
30/1/2018 18:45 | Just watched the proactive interview back. This was recorded shortly after the ipo. Both Neill & Graham come across as extremely knowledgeable, informed and focussed on a clear goal. So far they have carried out the plan perfcetly. Worth a watch / re-watch... | 5chipper
30/1/2018 17:42 | Great podcast. Thanks Showme. 600% daily rise when financing lands... would certainly be welcome :) | 5chipper
30/1/2018 14:29 | Don't get shaken out on the rise. This has got multiples to go imo. | showme01
30/1/2018 13:53 | Just out today. Listen from 16 minutes in hxxps://audioboom.co The valuation is huge. | showme01
30/1/2018 12:57 | Agree on liquidity you cannot even buy at 53p but sell in volume at mid, clearly something has slipped out so to speak. | scotty666 |
