SNP and Greens agree new power-sharing deal

As with many of the links, 2030 is the target year for many of the projects. This will have to be a massive growth trajectory to go from near zero hydrogen economy to being a key element of the clean energy transition. All in eight years. Supported by government grants and insensitive's.
