Amazing how with fewer cars running the air so much cleaner and on the way to curing global warming issues. Electric cars will help but cannothydrogen drive the aircraft and keep the skies clean?

Just to document that I have bought into Powercell (Sweden) and NeLHydrogen (Norway) and will hope to add to this thread. (Only about £2000 each).
SO thanks for the thread and work.

Posted on the AFC thread :-

Hydrogen may not be the out right 'winner' in terms of cars, but there are many other forms of transport, mechanisation etc, where hydrogen makes eminent sense.

This is a disruptive technology. Disruptive technology does not appear very often. Blackbird (BIRD) is the only other I know on AIM, but quite a different sector.

I am really going to push the Tidal Hydrogen Production, Storage and Offtake (THyPSO) concept

Skinny

Thanks for that link.

What a great idea creating Hydrogen offshore at the source of the tidal produced electricity. Removes the need for cable connections to land and improves safety by creating and storing Hydrogen on site at sea. If you had bigger versions of this tidal unit, ships could moor up and collect their Hydrogen at the tidal power station.

Absolutely brilliant concept!

Going to let a few people know about this one!

BALLARD INTERVIEW

From simple web search.

'Renewable Hydrogen: The Answer for Complete Decarbonization [Interview]
Hydrogen Solutions
11 minute read
Apr. 30, 2020
Article by Perry Boeker
Today, we’re interviewing Jack Brouwer, a professor of mechanical and aerospace engineering, civil and environmental engineering, and director of the National Fuel Cell Research Center at UC Irvine.
In this interview, we discuss:
• Jack’s view on how batteries and fuel cells each have a role to play in decarbonization
• How renewable hydrogen can be used in difficult-to-decarbonize sectors
• Why thinking deeper about our future energy needs is essential for true decarbonization
Let’s get started with our conversation with Jack Brouwer!'
