Chica, as we stand it's going to take a miracle to be flat .
Even if they sign those other contracts expected since the summer it's unlikely that the work will be all done in 2025 ... we know the lead times etc .
I can't see how Mo can get out of this one .. unless he can pull a huge rabbit out of the hat .. because nothing less than that is required..

How can Mo even say that, it's nonsense. What he said was he's having trouble getting pen put to paper....the rest is BS

You keep mentioning CF and 100million. Read the rns and you'll see it was Mo who mentioned it. Another false statement by you and now filtered.

He's bound to blame RFK .. although the reality is the problem existed earlier and RFK has only made it worse ..

Oh I've no doubt Cathal Friel 'imagined up' that £100 by 2028 to suck in suckers so he could dump all his shares.

It is hard to see Mo exercising his option, cashing in and doing a runner though.
Never know though it's alot of money and he could blame RFK Jnr.for the fall in revenue.

What will happen next .. who knows .. but if I'm right this could well happen .

1.In February, they finally warn on 2025 and beyond and the share price will crash.
In the two weeks following that there will be hell on and a stewards inquiry from all of the new institutions who bought in on the " trust me " words from Mo .They will want to know when Mo realised the contracts had dried up. One might argue it's been pretty obvious for a long time and also pretty obvious why it's been kept quiet for a while .
I've seen this happen before, a few of the institutions will lose confidence in Mo and just want out as they will feel that they have been screwed. This will result in a further collapse in the share price .

3 . at that point I will be opening a large position again because I would expect a swift bid but probably at a price lower than the current share price.

Just a thought .. been there seen it done it.. DYOR

Chica,

The company shares have had a premium due to the "supposedly significant growth", which I have maintained doesn't exist.

If the company now has flat growth then the share price will crash. Potential gone.
I'm expecting them to warn on revenues.

So where do u price a company with flat growth?
Or if 2025 numbers are below 24's.

Those are the questions!

Trout,

"At 30p and with £62m revs expected the mkt cap was £200m (just over 3 times revs).
So does that mean current price giving us £150m mkt cap is pricing in just under £50m revs for 2025? There seems to be a good cushion there"

Wrong.

The expectations were the same when the share price was 10p, only 2 years ago, weren't they?
The share price rose on the back of the company being talked up, CEO awarded the huge >7m options, back dated a year and exercise from < 2 months time, in FEBRUARY.

A new red flag is the fy2024 TU has been pushed back to Feb (coincidence!!!).

I'd expect the share price to be nearer to 10p than 30p.

The newsflow here has been as predicted.

I dont see many posts here to be honest Pierre, I added the inappropriately named Protrader yesterday to the long list and I did expect a load of filters popping up yesterday as you say any good news brings out the halfwits it does not affect my holding. I am waiting till the market sees the reality here of a strong growing company leading in its field which will be taken over at some point by a larger CRO as is the norm in this sector. Its a buy and hold which is an odd thing for AIM.

Did someone say institutional buying was a great sign of confidence at 30p, despite the lack of contracts?

Probably the same poster that said hold tight at 40p for the long term.

Talk about being in denial!

I forget who though - must have only posted a couple of times.

Pogue, it's useless posting here with actual information gained from long experience here - hence I rarely do.

Leave it to the slaggers - they make no difference now, it's the institutions and big holders who govern hvo's price now.

Hence their call to action to feverishly negate what was a very good news release - a big contract and confirmation of revenue at the top end of estimates.

Let them work awa to no avail - they are traders and we know 80% of them will be bust through trading.

All's going well.

No responses to the kids who will no doubt slag off this post (if they are still in the game)
