$1.5 billion is a lot of money, but totally irrelevant if you bought your shares at 40p and the business is sold for 30p a share.

Nice to see Cathal Friel accept the offer for Amryt Phrama from Chiesi for $1.5 billion (110% premium to closing price day before). Having listed his first Healthcare impant Amryt on Nasdaq what do you think he plans to do with HVO and POLB? Those that hold either of these shares until they are acquired or sold by trade sale will be well rewarded.
